Lovely, helpful, friendly

Pros: Th staff were incredibly helpful, Taha and his team were friendly and always helping with a smile. We had a great location with a friendly local and his cats just outside. The room was big and comfortable. We had access to Eden beach which is close by and we were a short walk from lots of good local traditional food. Ask Taha for recommendations

Cons: The first room was very loud from the road but we asked to move and were put in a quieter room

Pros: The hotel is a gem in the middle of the gritty chaos of Sheraton Street. Extremely clean, convenient and well positioned, it is the absolute best value for money one can get. Especially Mr. Taha at the reception with his kindness, professionalism and high standards has proven to me that i have made the right choice.

Cons: Nothing.

Worth for money

Pros: Rooms are specious and comfortable. There is a rooftop cafe which has a beautiful view and prices are cheap. İt is very central and just walking distance to restaurants , cafes, beaches, markets etc. all staff was so polite and kind especially Mr Taha. There is a special beach and you can use it for free by getting a card from reception. Last day we left our luggage and spent our full day outside. They helped us a lot. Thank you for everything.

Very nice location

Pros: The team is really here to make your stay easy and offer you the best advice. We only stayed one night before our departure flight. The room was huge, well decorated and the location is perfect to go out. The access to the beach is quite an advantage, as well as the rooftop!!!

Cons: Very noisy because located on a main busy street. You'd need ear plugs definitely. But this is the downside from being close to everything. The price could be lower.

Pros: Great stay, good location, clean room. Would come again. The staff was friendly and helpful — especially Taha. He helped me with everything, especially since it was my first time in Hurghada. Thank you very much for that! Would definitely come back.

Good stay for a quick stop

Pros: For the price this hotel is very nice and has really good service. Taha at reception was great. Great facilities. Taha also helped with a taxi driver that was trying to scam us - thank you!

Cons: The only thing is the road outside the hotel is busy/loud but didn’t disturb our sleep too much.

Pros: It was really clean and nice location, super friendly staff! Especially Taha who kept checking on us to see if everything is fine. Booking daily tours and activities was also really easy through the hotel, big recommendation 👍

Modern Suites - Excellent Value for Money

Pros: These are great modern suites. Its ina good.location at the end of the main street. The staff are excellent and very accommodating with any requests and assistance you may need. The rooms are spacious, modern, clean, and well maintained. The bathrooms are also modern, and the shower has lots of hot water and good pressure. It's excellent value for money. You can also get a pass for the beach included in the stay.

Cons: The only downside is the traffic noise for some of the rooms due to the location between two roads, meaning it can be a little loud.

Perfect place to stay if your in the area

Pros: Staff were very attentive, Taha went above and beyond to make sure everything for our stay was good! The location is perfect! The rooms were a very nice size, the space was clean and a comfortable bed! Would definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in the area!
