Pros: We were very happy in Vila Al Diwan, we loved being beside the Nile and the friendly neighbourhood. We were well looked after and felt very much at home here.

It was spacious and well-maintained. The staff were just lovely. Always available and they made the stay so great.

Breathtaking view

Pros: The villa is absolutely stunning, the view is breathtaking and the staff is super helpful and nice. There is aircon so even with the heat, you sleep well.

We loved our stay and would highly recommend

Pros: The property is beautiful with lots of space for a family or group booking. Yousef, looked after us whilst we stayed there and he was brilliant!

Cons: The property is a little out of the way, Yousef organised all of our travel requirements so we could get around but something to bear in mind

Pros: Everything was absolutely perfect. Yossef, especially, made our stay memorable. The house is just beautiful! Our family really enjoyed it.

Generally a good experience but not a great one

Pros: The reception was good, and Yussuf is a nice guy. The villa is large with many rooms and a fantastic view.

Cons: It is difficult to reach—it’s located on an island and good accessible by boat or ferry. Taxis are hard to arrange. The villa is not very clean, and the property isn’t in top condition anymore. The breakfast is very simple with little variety. The bathrooms are quite standard. Given the price and expectations set by the Booking description, we were disappointed.

Pros: This beautiful and spacious villa exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the villa's stunning architecture and elegant decor. The high ceilings allowed plenty of natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Every corner of the villa was thoughtfully designed, providing not only comfort but also a traditional charm of Luxor. The spacious living areas were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The outdoor space and the private pool are ideal for enjoying the warm Egyptian sun. What truly made our stay exceptional was our host, they were attentive and responsive, and provided great recommendations for local attractions and dining options.

A perfect place for family or group

Pros: Excellent space in a quite place and staff been very helpful towards guests

Pros: The villa was amazing and the staff especially the manager Yusuf, who really welcomed us and made our stay that much more comfortable. Such a lovely view and for us such a shame we didn't stay in Luxor and the villa for longer to really utilise the facilities. But an excuse to visit again.

Cons: Take mosquito repellent as.the place is situated on the Nile with an amazing view.
