A good-value, modernised, comfortable and clean hotel in a town with few tourists, with friendly and most-helpful staff,

Pros: It has recently been refurbished, so the general feel of the hotel is modern and clean. It is in a location with not many tourists, so I appreciated the amount of help and advice I received from the staff and the owner’s son. The room was very comfortable. It was definitely good value.

Cons: The hotel is not really geared up for catering, so the breakfast was plastic packaged and not sophisticated. Having said that, the staff made an effort to give me extra and make sure I had what I wanted. The main eating option is a family-related restaurant which is a kilometre down the road. It was fine - not so much vegetarian. This is a place where smokers can sit nearby in restaurants. Their food can be delivered to the hotel, which is handy.

Friendly staff and good location

Pros: the staff were very helpful and friendly, you can feel their passion toward work. the restroom space was big. there are many restaurants near the hotel. we enjoyed our stay.

Cons: the breakfast is a little bit too simple, excluded coffee, need to pay additional.

Pros: 很整洁的一个民宿，很大有四层楼，位置很好，临近商业区，离丹德拉神庙开车15分钟，服务人员都很友好，前台很好厨房的早餐准备的也很好，基纳看来很少有游客去，他们当地居民看到我们都非常热情，很深度游玩的地方，

Amazing customer service

Pros: Stop reading reviews and just book this place. Wow, I am utterly impressed by their customer service. I booked a Double Room which was the cheapest I found online, and when I arrived they offered me a more affordable single room instead and gave me an instant refund. This level of integrity is difficult to find, and I absolutely believe and hope they will be rewarded with a long-lasting and successful business based on their principles. Thank you!

Pros: This hotel exceeded all my expectations! The staff were incredibly friendly, the room was spotless and cozy, and the overall atmosphere was calm and inviting. I truly felt cared for during my stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and great service!

Pros: The staff were incredibly helpful. They assisted with a taxi to Dendarrah as well as transportation to Abydos. Referred us to a very good restaurant as well (Abdo Kebab). Comfortable, quiet room.

Pros: Ottima struttura e mr Mohamed Saleh (unico che parla bene inglese) ci ha aiutato su tutto e ci ha prenotato il bus per Hurgada con la sua c.c.Struttura vicino al centro e non distante dalle stazioni bus e treno.

Cons: La colazione già preparata in vassoio di plastica niente di fatto al momento.

Pros: نظافة الغرفة و الترتيب و الإهتمام بادوات الاستخدام اليومية ( مداس قطني للقدمين و معجون وفرشاة اسنان ومشط و منظف احذيه و شامبو وصابون و ورق حمام و منديل الموظفون ودودون و متعاونون الفطور تستطيع الحصول عليه في أي وقت وهذه ميزة ممتازة لم أراها في أي فندق سابقاً التنوع في الفطور مقبول بناءاً على سعر حجز الليلة أسعار جيدة داخل الفندق القهوة او العصائر الطبيعية لا تتجاوز الدولار الواحد للكأس الموقع ممتاز جداً في وسط المدينة خدمة تنظيف و كي الملابس رخيصة ( نصف دولار ) للقطعة الواحدة أخيراً النظافة النظافة كانت ممتازة

Cons: مكان الشور ( الدوش )كان بدون ستاره أو زجاج وبالتالي الماء يخرج الى كافة الحمام و المرحاض ، بالإضافة الى عدم وجود فرشاة لنظافة المرحاض . عدم وجود أكواب و غلاية مياة كهربائية في الغرفة ، عدم وجود خزنة خاصة في الغرفة ، بل يوجد خزنة مركزية في الرسبشن

Amazing stay for the price and location.

Pros: The property is very clean, the staff is very nice and breakfast was pretty good. Also, the location of this property is amazing, it’s near a lot of good restaurants and shops. On top of that, the rooms are quiet and you don’t hear the noise on the street

Cons: Only the mattress is a bit firm but not too bad.
