Pros: The staff were lovely and very helpful. They made space for my cycle inside near reception so I felt more secure. The fridge in my room was great to keep food and drinks fresh and cool. The receptionist recommend a place to eat with a great selection of western and Egyptian food. It is close to Hathor Temple well worth a visit.

Cons: No breakfast option but plenty of places nearby to get food.

Fantastic place and lovely people

Pros: Everything was perfect! The hotel is new and about ~2km to the train station and ~5km to Dendera temple. 10 minutes by foot to the local market. The staff is very nice and polite. We absolutely loved our stay and will always come back when visiting Qena

Pros: I felt very comfortable at the Arkan Hotel. If I come back to Qena, I will book this hotel again. I highly recommend it; it's close to the Go Bus station, and the staff is very, very friendly. I wish the staff all the best.

Great rooms, great staff, highly recommend

Pros: The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially Mahmood. The rooms were clean and brand new, good shower. We were able to check in 4 hours early, great central location. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again.

Cons: On ne peut pas ouvrir les volets. Le wifi est rationné.

Pros: Una struttura recentemente ristrutturata, vicino al vivace centro, moderna rispetto alle altre fino ad ora utilizzate. Staff giovane e cordiale. Buona base per visitare il tempio di Dendara.

Cons: Ci siamo stati solo una notte, non possiamo valutare oltre.

Pros: 基纳是个小城，感觉arkan算是这里比较专业的酒店。前台可以英语交流（虽然其他工作人员不会英语，像城里大多数人一样），友好而专业，价格非常实惠。设备都好用，插钥匙取电还挺有趣。位置离gobus不远，离南边的餐饮街也不远（但是谷歌地图上最近的小路被堵死了，需要绕一下）。虽然预订页面上好像没写有早餐，但是早上给提供了面包，饮料和水。
