Pros: Excellent location, from the hotel restaurant balcony can see the Nile and Luxor temple. Good staff, they helped us find a great driver for an Abu Simbel trip with transfer to Aswan.
Cons: However, in hotel restaurant we have waited for over an hour while ordering pasta while other customers have already been served. Otherwise all was good.

A good value choice, which could be great if the basics are addressed The terrace view realy makes it special.
Pros: Good size room with proper bathroom. Fitted cupboard, tv, wifi worked. Great 7th floor roof terrace for eating and a bar, with a small pool. Views good over the Sphinx way. Quiet cul de sac road. Breakfast buffet fine for the price. Reina was very kind and helpful. She let us store our luggage for a couple of hours after checkout.
Cons: Basics of hotelry. One plastic coat hanger for three people. I asked for some but did not get any. Had to ask for toilet roll. No plug for the bath. Strangely we were offered fresh towels - good if needed- but at 11pm when we were leaving the next morning. Shower warm but not hot.

Pros: Very warm welcome from reception, buffet staff and managers. The rooftop pool and terrace offered great views of Luxor and a nice place to relax. The buffet was nice and varied with local dishes, though it stayed fairly simple. Excellent baggage service even after checkout. Ideally located within walking distance of Luxor Temple, the Avenue of the Sphinxes, and local markets with easy access to the train station and local buses.
Cons: Some areas of the hotel felt a bit dated, and the décor could be modernized.

Pros: Great location, about a 12 minute walk from Luxor train station, and GoBus station. Ten minutes walking to Luxor temple. Staff was amazing. Kudos to the receptionists OSAMA, who booked us a great private driver to go to Valley of the Kings. Amazing rooftop terrace with swimming pool and spectacular view over the Nile river, and you’re right on top of the Avenue of the Sphinxes, can see Luxor temple and Karnak temple right there! Great sunrise on rooftop terrace where you have the free breakfast buffet with lots of options. Nice big and clean room with comfy bed. We stayed there October 6-8, 2025

Luxor - the heart of ancient Egipt.
Pros: The best feature was the terrace at the roof of the building with bar and swimming pool. The view from it was splended. The hotel is located next to sphinx alley, close to main city attractions.

Excellent staff but owner needs to spend some money upgrading facilities
Pros: Firstly, the staff are very nice, especially the reception and bar/restaurant/pool staff and they make it worthy of the rating. The location is very convenient for Luxor centre with the souk and Luxor Temple within easy walking distance with many restaurants, cafes, shops close by. The hotel has constant hot water for showering, the room has a kettle, fridge and TV but only Arabic programming. The pool was small but nice and at breakfast they cook fresh omelette The air conditioning was welcome and worked well.
Cons: The owner needs to spend some money on reinvesting in some outdated features because the hotel and rooms are tired. The pool area has 4 sun loungers 3 of which are either damaged or broken... so poor and so easy to replace. There is one parasol which is virtually torn to shreds and a disgrace. The room has a kettle but no cups... a small detail but without cups what's the point of a kettle? I was there for 10 nights and during that time neither the bed linen or single bath towel was changed once. There is a cleaner who hangs around outside the bedrooms and asks do you want your room cleaning today but it feels like a ploy to get tips. The lifts are chronic ... either slow to come or broken abd you can't access the roof top area which is on floor 7 without using lifts because they have piled debris on the stairs from floor 4 upwards to block access. Light sleepers should also be aware that the surroundings are noisy and glazing poor ... even though I was on 4th floor I could hear conversations, traffic and the call to prayer throughout the night

Queens Valley away from Kings valley
Pros: The people at the property are extremely helpful and warm. They made sure to make us feel right at home and were very responsive and attended to all our needs and requirements throughout. Osamma, Mohammad, Basma and Ali were very hospitable and warm. Amongst all the places around, the stay is good as it also has a rooftop swimming pool.
Cons: We had a power outage and were unable to have any electricity for a few hours, but later came to realise the key card was the issue. Else overall great people at the property, starting from the time you walk in.
