Pros: Located directly at the Nile with a great view. Our hosts Islam and Ahmed were very nice and always helpful. Best Egyptian food we ever had

Such helpful staff!

Pros: The staff were super kind and helpful and sorted everything for us that we needed, Ahmed on reception even offered to post our postcards for us as we had run out of time to find to a postbox. We liked staying on the West Bank where it was a bit quieter, and the hotel was very helpful in organising boats for us to cross to and from the East Bank when we'd been exploring.

Cons: The rooms are a bit more worn than they look in the photos, and I think it's probably quite expensive compared to other hotels in the area.

Pros: We had a beautiful time at Neferu Stay. The rooms are spacious, clean and you have a beautiful view on the river Nile. But the best about the accomodation is the lovely staff. Special thanks to Ahmed for making us feel like at home. And special thanks to Islam for serving us the best breakfast ever!

Amazing stay-excellent value

Pros: We really enjoyed the stay. The room was clean, breakfast was amazing, and staff were friendly and helpful, especially Hassan, who guided us to a spice market for some tea to help with some diahrea we got from an earlier meal. The view from the rooftop was beautiful-you could see the sunrise over the Luxor temple and winter palace across the river.

Pros: Excellent hotel and staff. Very good location, riverfront, port right in front of the hotel, with easy access to downtown Luxor. Complimentary pick up at the train station. Great room with a very nice balcony. Super comfortable and impeccably clean room. Terrace with a great view, very tasty breakfast with plenty of options. Lunch and dinner options with very tasty food. Outdoor serene pool, perfect to relax and enjoy the good weather. Very professional and friendly staff who made every effort to provide all the services and support us during our stay. Special thanks to Ahmet and to Islam. And a big thank you to the team for going above and beyond to support us when there were issues at the train station, and we needed help to get out of a difficult situation.

Pros: Islam and the Crew made the Most amazing breakfast for us. It was diverse and healthy! The room was comfortable and Ahmed (Both) made the stay absolutely organised. When we had a requirememt, Ahmed organized it quickly! It was my second time and I will come back - Thank You!

Perfect West Bank location with a beautiful view - calm, authentic and close to everything. Very comfortable beds, spotlessly clean rooms and an impressively silent sleep at night. A lovely boutique hotel with a warm atmosphere, great service and excellent value for money. We would happily return and highly recommend Neferu Stay.
