A wonderful family holiday

Pros: Staff went out of their way to make our stay special, checked on us multiple times to see if there was anything that we needed, so many extra special touches that made the stay a wonderful experience. Spacious clean rooms, modern bathrooms, facilities in great condition, multiple pools and slides for all ages, entertainment programmes kept everyone engaged, good food. They had an amazing themed display for Halloween. I haven’t come across a cleaner hotel. Special call outs to: front office manager Hazem for making sure that we had a great room, our check in and check out went smoothly and everything was ready for us when needed. cleaning staff Abdul Lateef - My kids loved the towel decorations that he made for them every day, he made sure that we had everything that we needed in our room and it was always spotless. And of course the assistant GM Ali who made sure that all our needs were catered for. We had the most wonderful stay. Thank you Rewaya for making our holiday special.

Pros: Our stay at Rewaya majestic resort in Hurghada was nothing short of perfect! The property itself is stunning crystal-clear water, beautifully maintained grounds, and luxurious facilities, but what truly made our experience unforgettable was the incredible staff. From the moment we arrived, every single team member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. They were warm, attentive, and genuinely kind, always greeting us with a smile and making sure every detail was perfect. Whether it was the reception, restaurant, housekeeping, or pool bar team, their hospitality was exceptional. The food was delicious, the rooms were spotless and elegant. It was a memorable experience thanks to the amazing people working here. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. We’re already planning to come back!

Cons: I had a very bad experience with the SPA there as they tried to take more money than what we agreed on it and they treated me with a very bad attitude, but with the support by the GM Mr. Emad everything was solved. Also, housekeeping should make more effort while cleaning the rooms.

A relaxing and enjoyable stay with great pools and good food.

Pros: The stay was very comfortable, and we had an enjoyable vacation at the hotel. The swimming pools were very clean, and the food and drinks were really good.

Cons: The beach is not good, but this is compensated by the swimming pools. However, the housekeeping team needs to pay more attention to cleaning the rooms.

Pros: The whole experience was awesome Everyone was very friendly the food was excellent 👌 the whole evening from start to end was awesome

Cons: Piscine pas chauffe meme en journee ( cote suite familliale) La wifi pas top . Probleme de reseau dans l’hotel Salle de bain , confort moyen

Pros: تجربتي في الفندق كانت استثنائية بكل المقاييس! كل شيء كان ممتاز: الاستقبال، النظافة، النظام، الأكل، المرافق، والأثاث. فخورين بوجود فندق بالمستوى ده في بلدنا. شكر خاص للأستاذ يسري في الاستقبال، والشيف خضر والشيف شريف على روعة الأكل وحسن التعامل. تجربة مشرفة ومميزة فعلاً! An Outstanding Hotel! Everything was excellent — the reception, cleanliness, organization, food, facilities, and furniture. We're truly proud to have a hotel of this level in our country. Special thanks to Mr. Yousry at the reception, and Chef Khodr and Chef Sherif for the amazing food and great service. A truly impressive and exceptional experience!

Pros: الغرفه ممتازه 10 من 10 حمامات السباحه ممتازه 10 من 10 الاكوا بارك ممتازه 10 من 10 المطعم الطعام متنوع واصناف كثيره جيد جدا 8 ونصف من عشره الشاطيء رملي به بعض الحصي شوز البحر يجعله ممتاز طاقم العمل ممتاز اي طلب يطلب منهم يتم تلبيته باحترافيه ميزه مهمه في المكان المطعم بجوار حمامات السباحه بجوار الاكوا بارك بجوار الشاطيء بجوار مكان الاقامه

إقامة جميلة لرحلة صيف

Pros: -جميع الموظفين محترمين ومجتهدين وأخص بالذكر كابتن شريف المطعم و الأخ هادي تنظيف الغرف -نظافة الغرف -الالعاب المائية

Cons: لا يوجد انترنت في الغرف لا يوجد فيشة تغيير الكهرباء لا يوجد تنوع في الاكل يبعد قليلا عن وسط المدينة
