Pros: The staff were fantastic. We had to move at short notice from the Mirage Timeshare, which was so awful we couldn’t stay there, but Alaa at reception quickly checked us into a lovely apartment with a sea view. Mousa at reception was also very helpful. The towel art was a fun touch. You can snorkel right off the private beach, and the on-site diving company ran excellent snorkelling trips. Breakfast offered a nice variety and was very enjoyable.

Cons: There are a few places to eat in walking distance but we ate mostly at the hotel for 4 days. The food was ok in the buffet and à la carte Italian. More variety in the A La Carte restaurant would be good, not just Italian. It’s a different culture but many international guests seemed to smoke which could be invasive.

Pros: i like to advise that i am client for Morritt al most 30 years , always perfect team and always helpful. we always like to stay in this hotel , due to the team , management . i have to say always perfect stay

Pros: Good location, close to airport. Private beach just outside of the entrance. Clean and quiet. Good variety of food. Friendly and helpful staff Entertainment team

Cons: No WiFi outside of reception area. No slides for children in the swimming pool

Pros: The hotel is great, staff are very friendly and helpful

Cons: No WiFi in the suites also the mattresses were EXTREMELY uncomfortable. The mattress topper struggled with how firm this mattress was.

Pros: The ppl, the breakfast, the facilities were all excellent.

Cons: Unfortunately when you arrived we were shocked to know that there was no internet in the suits and APARTMENTS, there wasn't even any water complementary bottles at the apartment.

Good value for this money

Pros: Service, food, facilities, price, massage and gym - everything was very good

Cons: The Wi-Fi is not good, and my apartment had no Wi-Fi. Taxi service by the hotel is terrible - very slow and vert expensive (and asking tips before providing the service), my taxi driver had no clue where to go and he checked the route with my Google Maps :)

Pros: Accommodation in general, food and elite community inside. Special thanks to Abd El Raheem and Moustafa from the front office along with Waleed the bill captain. Chef Abd El Nasser inspired me with his hospitality and smile.

Beautiful stay, super staff, great for your money, perfect beach and pool area.

Pros: Exceptional Staff, Clean spaces and great facilities. So accommodating and buff was very very good, so many different choices and things to pick from. Beach lovely and clean and pool area spacious and clean. so many great bars and restaurants inside the hotel and just top notch service all around. that you can start your all inclusive whenever so suit your needs was amazing and so helpful and that we was allowed to stay and use the facilities after we check out because we where waiting for a late flight was beyond helpful.

Cons: Would be nice to have internet in the hotel rooms at the suites and apartments across the road so once that's sorted zero complaints. We where aware of the no internet and had our own so it didn't bother us to much but I think if that would be improved I would give 5 stars .
