Sun Beach Hotel ABO SOMA

I had a very relaxing holiday at this property. Great value for money.

Pros: It is located in a peaceful area far away from the hustle bustle of a city. The sea is clean. The beach is great. There are some cats around adding playfulness to the place. The food was delicious. Plenty of fruit and vegetables which I loved. One of the kitchen staff made smoothies with my own fruit for me. Very sweet of him. It is a simple accommodation but one gets everything one needs.

Cons: The WiFi was very good in the outside dining area not that great in my room.

Charming but dated, fabulous beachside spot.

Pros: Perfect beach location, very quiet and low key. A real place to switch off. Very tasty and very fresh food. Superb staff. Kettle in room. Diving centre adjacent, but decent snorkelling from the beach. Lovely terraces outside rooms.

Cons: Slightly crumbly buildings, needs updating. Pointless tv as few channels. The hotel is DRY there is no beer or wine or any alcohol although you can bring your own but it’s not that easy to buy. Coffee is just instant sachets so again bring your own. The pool is closed.

Pros: The location is good The staff were excellent people as it's a small place so you get the care from the people surrounding you even the owner camed to ask about our stay The food if very good Not much variety but it's well made so we got no problem with that The calmness of this place is magical as we leave we were very happy as we also leave our stress and be ready to face our life again but being charged this time 😀😀 Also one more thing The place is a very good value for money Also it's well made for adults As it's not that place with activities for kids

Cons: The black crow 🐦‍⬛ was disturbing the calmness of this nice place Also

Great place to make reset

Pros: Staff very friendly and helpful. Food very delicious. Great beach and high standard of houses

Cute little local hotel squeezed between other big hotel compounds.

Pros: Everything you need right in front of the sea, few meters in a cosy paradise.

Cons: Internet was not the best 😀 but no big deal if you are looking to disconnect.

Pros: Food was good, very good private beach, nice for snorkeling, lovely staff who are very helpful, comfortable beds.. Overall good place to relax and chill

Pros: The staff were kind, the room was clean, and I felt comfortable during my stay.

Snorkelling paradise and pure chill vibes

Pros: The resort is everything you need at a price that makes you feel great. The private beach with the crystal clear water and reefs within 50 metres swim you can snorkelling daily for hours. The all inclusive just makes everything so chill. Great food. The guys super helpful all the time. We had a little tour with glass bottom boat, amazing. Was my wife’s birthday and they got a lovely cake for us. I was dreaming about living there for a month or two 😄 the Bianca island blue water! Looked like your eyes with blue filter haha

Cons: The water pressure was low but we didn’t mention it, so it might have been easy fix lol

Perfect spot for divers and snorkelers

Pros: The rooms are literally on the beachfront, we've had like 30 meters distance to the water. There is a small reef 50 meters from the shore, and snorkelers will be pleased with the diversity of marine life there (highlights include blue spotted rays, torpedo rays, adolescent morays and sea turtles). The hotel neighbours a German diving centre, so you can book a boat diving/snorkelling trip with them or just rent some equipment and dive/snorkel off the shore. Staff is great, everyone is very helpful and tries their best, you can book plenty of trips with the management. Food was amazing, plenty of options, everything was really well seasoned. We are vegetarians and we have never struggled with the choice of meal.
