Pros: Everything was really great ! The hotel is brand new, there is a nice pool, a very nice gym... The food is very good (dinner or breakfast).

Cons: Everything is good thinking for making your holiday a moment of peace !

Wonderful place in Soma Bay

Pros: This hotel is such a great place. Vibes here are nice and calm. Area is beautiful. Staff is amazing. Fatma helped us sort out a birthday cake for my friend and made our day very special. We’ve been here before and will definitely be back again.

Cons: During our time here, we didn’t have any issues or anything we missed. All in all very good.

I recommend you to come in this hotel because it is really worth the stay

Pros: The rooms are very very comfortable, modern and clean with a pool view. It is guaranteed to have a very good sleep. The hotel has a very good location. It is very close to everything in somabay. Additionally, there is a nice gym with a trainer, who is there to help in case of questions. Also the guys who work at the concierge are very friendly and helpful. I arrived way earlier than the check-in time and they accommodated me within an hour. Fatma from the guest relations is a very friendly and goes out of her way to make sure that one's stay is worthwhile. She should take the employee of the month and every month.

Cons: - The check in process took so long during both stays. - It would make a huge difference if the reception and restaurant employees were more friendly and accommodating.

Pros: This is absolutely an amazing hotel, everything is brand new and staff there are very nice especially Fatima. We really love this hotel and will definitely come next time!!

Pros: Very new and cool Hotel. Has everything you need for a vacation. Food is good, staff is very attentive. Really liked the free shuttle to the beach club and the adjacent Duotone Pro Center for Kitesurfing and Wingfoiling.

Wonderful and stylish hotel with lovely people working there

Pros: We loved the smiling staff, that was very helpful and professional, special thanks to Hagag and Abdo who made every morning brighter 😊. The hotel has a very positive vibe, the breakfast and the dinner were delicious, with the buffet food changing every day, the morning oat cappuccino was delicious! There is a shuttle bus that brings the guests almost every hour to the beautiful Wyte Beach and that is very convenient.

Cons: It was quite challenging to relax at the Wyte beach with the non-stop music coming from the bar. There is also some construction work in the background of the beach so if you are looking to listen to the sound of waves and the wind, it might not be the perfect spot. Moreover, in the room and the bathroom, we kept finding dust coming in through the AC and ventilation, possibly coming from the nearby desert and the adjacent construction works.

Cons: Door handle to bathroom is broken, a little far to the sea

Pros: I like the design and the room of this hotel. It's very modern. Good Cappuccino. Beautiful buffets. Nice sitting area. Nesma helped me a lot to get first orientation. Stuff in general is very friendly and helpful. The shuttle to Whyte Beach is comfortable and the beach is amazing . A lot of young sportive people here . And many Kaktus planted on the whole property.
