A great experience overall, made special by the hardworking and friendly staff.

Pros: The porters, waiters and cleaning staff work incredibly hard and were always friendly and helpful. They truly deserve recognition for their effort. I hope the hotel continues to value and reward them appropriately for the work they do.

Cons: The only small improvement I would suggest is adding a bit more spice to some of the dishes, as the food was quite mild for our taste.

Pros: - The resort is quite new and in a very quiet area 30 minutes away from Hurghada. - The beach area is beautiful and the water is pristine. You can go snorkeling from the pier and the resort has masks you can borrow. - The room was spacious and clean. - We tried the food in most restaurants and it was great. The breakfast buffet is amazing, with so many options and the quality is good. - The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay exceptional. From waiters to cleaners, everybody has been super nice and kind. A special thank you to Mrs Massouda who helped us in many ways since we arrived. From finding us an upper floor room, to booking restaurants for us when the website wasn't working. Thank you!

Cons: In the buffet the names of the dishes in the tags did not always correspond to the actual food that was there. For us it was ok, but it might not be for people who have intolerances or food allergies.

Brilliant Resort

Pros: Staff were brilliant and we really liked the location for a quiet relaxing holiday! We would definitely go back!

Cons: Having to pay extra for padel court + mini bar in the room, when on all inclusive. (I know many resorts do this, but we have also stayed at many that don’t charge extra.) Food was also excellent, but if we are being overly picky then the À La Carte restaurants were not quite 5 star standard.

Beautiful hotel and wonderful people

Pros: My stay at this hotel was truly wonderful. The hotel itself is beautiful, with an elegant atmosphere and excellent comfort, making it a truly special place to relax and enjoy. Big part of that experience comes down to the exceptional staff. From the very first moment, everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. I would especially like to highlight Massaoude, the Guest Relations Manager, who went above and beyond in every possible way. She was always available, warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, making sure that our stay was as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Her kindness and dedication truly made a difference — without her, my stay would not have been nearly as enjoyable. Thanks to the outstanding service this hotel made me feel truly valued as a guest. I will definitely remember this experience and would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and a memorable stay.
