Pros: I really liked my hotel, it was close to the city center, we could go out to everything, we could walk in the evenings, the hotel itself is very child-friendly, everyone is very nice, the food is varied, we really liked it, the wi-fi didn't work, we told the reception, they came immediately, they replaced the router, plus they gave us a portable router, there were always clean towels on the beach, they weren't observant, but they were always helpful, I can only recommend the staff, there were two very serious managers, one of them is the manager Beshoy-Desk manager, he is very, very serious, I can only recommend it to everyone, come and try the hotel

Pros: Our 3-day stay just before the diving safari was very pleasant and relaxing. All staff members were smiling, friendly, and helpful. There was a wide selection of food and soft drinks. We also received a free upgrade to a better room with a sea view. I can’t comment on the alcohol, as I am not much of a drinker. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Resort

Pros: Very nice welcome from staff who gave us a tour of hotel and facilities. Had a beautiful family suite with sea view. Very spacious, comfortable beds, good shower, bathrobes, fridge stocked daily with water and juice. Impeccably clean resort. Good selection of cocktails in all-inclusive package. Had a lovely meal at the Mexican restaurant. Christmas Eve Gala dinner was awesome.

Cons: Could do with an extra chair in balcony but otherwise perfect.

Pros: It was a wonderful stay — it truly felt like home. The entire staff was incredibly hospitable. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Mr. Bishoy Gabra, Disk manager for his warm welcome, for organizing everything for us, and even accompanying us to our room. Special thanks also to Chef Ahmed Fawzy, the Executive Chef, and Mr. Mohamed Soliman for their exceptional care and attention to every detail, Especially considering that my daughter is one and a half years old and has a dairy protein allergy. They went out of their way to prepare special breakfast, lunch, and dinner for her without butter or ghee. Honestly, it was one of the best stays we've ever had. Thank you to the entire team at Gravity Hotel

Pros: The hotel makes good coffee everywhere, eat is very good, the staff is nice and helpful. They try to do everything for you to feel comfortable. I recommend visiting this hotel without a travel agency. From the cleaners to the manager, they will give you everything you ask for.

Pros: The space is amazing The room we were given was spacious and really good The Staff went above and beyond to take care of us The animation team was excelente with the kids New Year’s party was good the kids loved it

Cons: The food could be a bit better for a 5star; pasta station we were served often cold pasta, fries were not amazing and the variety of food could be a bit better Although this was one of the best rooms ever, the fact that they cook/grill food early in the morning downstairs makes the room smelly through the day There are many people selling the extra services and that is a bit annoying when you just want to rest and enjoy but I believe they have a red flag system that we haven’t used and that’s on us
