It’s perfect

Pros: I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was extremely pleasant, very clean, and truly relaxing. The atmosphere made it easy to unwind and enjoy every moment. The staff was attentive, caring, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire stay. They were always available and ready to assist with anything we needed. Everything was perfect. Thank you all for this amazing stay I would gladly come back!

Dream holiday

Pros: From entring the hotel to the unfortunate departation, this hotel was excellent in every way great beach location, Rooms spotless, Amazing selection of food well presented. Could not fault the hotel. Would recommend to anyone looking for a first class Egypt holiday.

All just perfect

Pros: The spacious rooms, beautiful lobby and bar, the view and the excellent food.

Pros: Stuff beach food everything was more than perfect .. I had the honeymoon package it was like a dream

A very nice hotel

Pros: The food was amazing. There was a huge spread on new Year´s eve with chocolate sculptures and amazing bread constructions and great desserts. The pools and the sea were nice. The staff were really helpful.

Cons: The guy who was selling treatments for the spa was pushy and that made me feel uncomfortable. One of the hot tubs was not heating up. The spa staff were lovely. I found all the staff lovely, my partner felt uncomfortable with they obsequious.

Exceeded expectations

Pros: I stayed at the hotel for two nights and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment of arrival, everything felt very well organized and welcoming. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive — honestly, it couldn’t have been better. The food stood out with a great variety and excellent quality. During my stay, the beach was quite windy, so I spent less time there, but the pool area was perfect and very relaxing. The location is beautiful, ideal for long walks along the beach, and I felt very safe at all times. Overall, an outstanding stay that exceeded expectations.

Very peaceful hotel with lovely beach, great food and amazing staff :)

Pros: Everything was excellent! The staff particularly were friendly and attentive and always happy to have a chat. They checked in regularly to see everything was ok but not in an overbearing way. Always lots of food options to choose from. I enjoyed the daily stretching and yoga classes and how peaceful the hotel was.

Cons: Nothing!

Great value for money hotel in Sahl Hasheesh

Pros: Brand new hotel, with excellent facilities and accommodation, great location, tasty food, friendly and competent staff (Mr. Emad from Customer Service is commendable)! Excellent value for money. I'll recommend it to my friends and I hope to come back soon.

Great accommodation/ location and staff

Pros: Location was great; staff amazing specially to mention only few mr Emad and Hussain ; very helpful and accommodating

Cons: It was new hotel recently opened few teething issues minor like telephone in room not working/ water temperature need looking into as keep changing also pressure lowing.
