Very clean, comfortable, excellent service.

Pros: Mohamed Emad, Ahmed Yougry, İbrahim, Hana, Sherif El Dawly, Ahmed Abd Quyed, Mohamed Said were very friendly and helpful. We had very nice time at this hotel. Thank you for your great service. We will come back and advise this hotel to everyone. We booked all the trips from Mr. Sherif at hotel, he was very kind and helped us for our needs. His service is excellent. If any problem, he solves very quickly. Thanks for everything. By the way hotel beds are very comfortable.

Pros: The hotel is very quiet and peaceful. The rooms are wonderful in terms of space and cleanliness. All the staff are extremely professional and respectful, and the reception team is exceptionally polite and helpful. Overall, I always feel very comfortable staying here, and I have stayed at this hotel around eight times already. Highly recommended!

Pros: Very friendly and service minded staff, especially the hotel manager (Ahmed) and Mohamed.

Cons: Too much smoke fume in the common areas. We would have enjoyed the activity room, which had a table tennis, pool table and baby foot table, much more without the constant smokey air. The roof top bar would have been fabulous without the loud background music

Pros: It was perfect to rest for a week and to do activities around Hurghada. The people were very helpful. Mr Sheriff who organizes daytrips was helping us out with activities perfectly. He made our stay unforgettable
