Imperial Resort Hurghada

Great value for money - but hotel is far from everything

Pros: Rooms on the top floor are great and spacious. There even was a washing machine in my room. Pools were nice.

Cons: Hotel is in the middle of nowwhere. Only the smaller pools are warmed, which meant they were overcrowded a lot. Guy at the reception could have been nicer.

Beautiful resort

Pros: Beautiful resort with spacious pools. Great food selection at the restaurant. The staff especially receptionists were very helpful.

Pros: Staff was super friendly and helped to organize taxis and trips.

Cons: It is in the middle of nowhere between Hurghada and El Gouna. The supermarket is very small with not much selection.

Pros: Stayed here many times always good just a bit far out but if you like to relax it's great

Pros: The hotel has 4 pools with hardly anyone about, the food is a good price, the hosts are nice, the plants are nice, everything was good and it was cheap

Pros: Loved the whole vibe of the hotel, very modern and beautifully designed. Four pools, lovely restaurant sun beds and parasols everywhere. Rooms fully equipped with microwave, hob, sink, washing machine. 24/7 mini mart on the premises and five minute walk to a larger convenience store. Staff were fantastic.

Cons: Only negative I would give is that the area has very poor signal and wifi provided is not great, i can live without internet but it made it difficult to arrange Ubers for yourself if the hotel taxi wasn’t available you might have a little wait but the staff were super helpful and would call an uber for you. I guess it’s just the independence of being able to do it yourself!

Pros: I had a great stay at Imperial Resort Hurghada. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. The cleanliness of the rooms and facilities was excellent. However, one thing to consider is the location — the hotel is a bit far from the main city area and feels somewhat isolated, with not many other hotels or buildings nearby. Other than that, the resort is well-deserving of a 5-star rating. Thank you for the lovely experience!

Pros: A wonderful place with 5 swimming pools. Like an oasis in the desert, where you want to enjoy a relaxed atmosphere and a heavenly holidays. In the whole complex everything is thought out to the smallest details. There are five swimming pools, one of which is heated. Very beautiful stylish interior and planted greenery. There is a restaurant where you can order food. Small supermarket next door to the reception. And also a small gym and a room for aero yoga. My family studio room was with a large four poster bed also had a small kitchen with everything you need for cooking. 3 pots and 3 pans of different sizes, and cutlery. Washing machine, refrigerator, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and clothes dryer. Lots of towels, including separate towels for the pool.

Cons: I arrived on holiday alone with two suitcases, and when I got out of the taxi no one helped me with the suitcases, despite the fact that the people inside (hotel workers) saw me through the glass doors, how I was heavily lifting the suitcases up the stairs. But when I was checked in and given the keys, the young man who helped with the suitcases, escorted me to the room, persistently expected a tips. My mood was already spoiled from the very moment I checked in. Second, the audibility in a room was very strong. I could hear every morning the neighbor behind the wall, who woke up very early and started talking on the phone.3) Wi-Fi is not stable and worked very poorly. During my entire stay in Egypt, during the last 3 days of my vacation I had to buy a SIM card.4). Replace the soap dishes in the toilet next to the aero yoga room. There was never any soap there. And when I asked the worker to pour soap into the soap dishes, it turned out that the soap from the soap dishes flows directly onto the sink, so there is never any soap there.
