Nice option for a long stay around

Pros: The staff were very helpful, we mainly appreciated the help of Ziad and Hesham. The facility is well kept, food options are good and flavorful.

Pros: Staff were extremely friendly, genuine and forthcoming. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

Cons: The facilities aren’t the 5 star standard we’re used to but staff really made up for it, and hotel is clean and breakfast lovely.

Pros: the room was big, clean and tidy the breakfast was tasty and good variety, especially the bakeries they upgraded our room from Mountain View to lagoon view with no extra charge the staff was very welcoming and responsive

Cons: I think the idea that the ground floor (lagoon front), you have to go through stairs then a ramp or a lift then a ramp there is no direct stairs or lifts to the ground floor.

Pros: We had an absolutely incredible experience at Creek. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere, cleanliness, and attention to detail made it clear that this place takes hospitality seriously. The rooms were beautifully designed, the facilities were spotless, and the entire property had a relaxing, upscale vibe that made it easy to unwind. What truly made our stay exceptional was the service. A very special thank you to Ziad who went above and beyond in every interaction. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay unforgettable. His professionalism and warm personality added so much value to our trip he really made a huge difference and elevated the entire experience. Creek is a gem in El Gouna, and we can’t recommend it enough. We’ll definitely be returning!

Pros: Staff were great. Room was really clean with a great view.

Cons: It's a little far away from central Gouna but it's a small thing.

Alee and Ziad were verh kindly. They help you with anything.

Pros: Goede ligging. Gemakkelijk om tuktuk’s te nemen naar de marina en downtown.
