Brilliant chef produces delicious meals , breakfast and dinner

Pros: This is a totally unique place and while not everyone’s cup of tea we had as amazing time . The wonderful staff even organised a birthday party for me with a homemade cake -very appreciative of this gesture

Cons: Boat access can be a little tricky

Absolutely amazing - one of my favorite hotels! :)

Pros: Nala Narty is one of my favorite hotels ever! I loved it from the first moment I arrived - it's such a hidden gem on a peaceful island with original Nubian-style houses and the most incredible view of the Nile directly from the bed. What made the stay especially outstanding was Sherif's (owner) hospitality - he surprised me with two freshly home-made cakes just for my birthday!! You can really feel how much he cares about his guests having an amazing experience, also helping with local recommendations and organizing trips. We also went kayaking in the protected area at sunset - was magical, so can highly recommend. Their breakfast and smoothies are also amazing. I will definitely be returning soon, thank you! :)

Cons: Text them if you know where/when you'll take the shuttle boat, so they can make sure you're picked up.

Pros: Great experience to be on this island in the Nile. Very relaxing surroundings. Nice room with a view onto the river. The host helped to organise our visits, advising us on what to do and arranging transport to different locations.

The Best stay in Aswan for a relaxing experience

Pros: The place is amazing and Sheriff the owner help us and recommend best options to skip the tourist crew. The food was the best in all Egypt, house made and taste

Unique, special, personal, a must-do!

Pros: The location was stunning. The little boat journey to get to the island was super cute and the property was rustic in then most chic way. The staff were AMAZING - their passion clearly shone through. The beds were SO comfortable and the view from the rooms was unbeatable. The home cooked food with vegetables grown on their own allotment was probably the best we had in Egypt.

Cons: My only criticism would be the bathrooms were not as clean as I would like but I also know I am very fussy!

Pros: It's a great vibe if you're looking for a relaxing stay away from the hassle of touristy spots. The breakfast and dinner are wonderful. It was handy to have a shuttle boat available. The owner, Sherif, is very knowledgeable, helpful and responsive to requests.

Cons: The bathrooms are a bit small and the shower splashes everywhere. There is limited storage space in the rooms, even a table would've been handy.

Pros: Fantastic location and very helpful owner. It’s only been open a year so still a few things.

Cons: shower needs shelf or built in shower products. Soap dish would be nice and hooks for towels as the shower can overflow you need somewhere to hang your towel.
