Pros: Location was great. Got a fellucah direct to the door, then explored the labyrynthine little alleyways of the island. Great day. Simple pretty basic lodgings, but was what we expected and we enjoyed it very much.

Local home stay, quiet, relaxing,

Pros: Very quiet, peaceful location, 10 minutes from ferry, beautiful sunset. Local family who are exceptionally kind. Highly recommend to stay on elephantine, 10 pound ferry crossing

Pros: Nice place with a beautiful terrace to the north bank of the island and view over the Nile. So calm and peaceful. Definitely a nice place to stay, with a great breakfast to start a big journey! Suggestion: a nice pillow to improve clients confort on the sofas at the terrace would improve it to paradise level!

Pros: Quiet house in the village on the north-west side of the island, with a small terrace looking out onto Kitchener's Island and the west bank of the nile. There is a small cafe (serving drinks only), just next door. There are only two guest rooms, along with a kitchen, a small living room and a shared bathroom. Excellent price for reliable accomodation on Elephantine Island. Many thanks to the owners

A simple, quiet place with cafe next door and great Nile views.

Pros: Beautiful view of Botanical Gardens. Good hot shower and good breakfast. comfortable bed.

Cons: The bathroom was not very clean. No hooks to hang anything! No wi-fi. (but got to use next door’s). Breakfast sometimes didn’t appear.

Pros: A really great place, this is a typical Elephantine house, facing the Nile and Kitchener Island, with a nice terrace to enjoy the view. The owner and his family live upstairs and it gives the very nice feeling to experience life in the local way, meeting the children from time to time... The breakfast is very rich and typical. I really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, being able at the same time to go anywhere in Aswan thanks to the ferry which is not far.

Experiencia nubia

Pros: Ubicado en isla Elefantina. Tenía mucho encanto al tratarse de una casa Nubia, algo difícil de encontrar a este precio. La lavadora fue gratuita, muy buen servicio por parte de Mostafa.

Cons: El desayuno, aunque incluido en el precio, era difícil de tragar.

Tranquilo y económico. Vistas al Nilo!

Pros: No se sirve desayuno. Si te ofrecen te o café de cortesía si quieres. Igual tienes una cocina para prepararte lo que deseas. Es un lugatcmuy tranquilo frente al Nilo y al jardín botánico.

Cons: Todo bien. Buena relación calidad precio!
