A very charming guest house with nice staff

Pros: The staff was very nice and kind. We had a balcony with an amazing view. Wanas Kato is a very charming guest house in a quiet part of town.

Still unique of you intend to have a direct line to Philae temple. Good standard as guesthouse.

Pros: Location cannot be beat with boat directly to philae coordinated by owner in morning. Owner had employees who are his right hand and are very helpful and friendly

Cons: The boss used to be very passionate as seen in other reviews but I guess travel is a tough business and he was a bit more lax with us and price hiking on some of the ancillary services such as plane transfers, etc.

Pros: Everything was perfect from the start to the departure. The staff are very helpfull and polite they took care of everything and they make sure you have a wonderful experience. They made me food around 9pm and I could eat beside the water, the rooms are very clean and confortable, the view is incredible. They offer you transportation in boat from the hotel to the Philae temple and they come back to pick you when you are done. The owner is very nice and take good care of customers satisfaction. They are making renovations to build a coffee and a restaurant so this is going to be a top destination to stay in a very near futur. Don't worry they make the renovations on another building and they are very quiet I didn't know they were working until they showed me. Thank you I recommand this place.

Cons: The wi-fi isn't working very well in the room but I used my data instead.

Beautiful View of the Nile

Pros: The owner was very nice and attentive. The guest house faces the Nile, and offers a nice view.

Cons: The street to the guest house is narrow and is not paved, therefore some taxis and tour vans refused to pick up or drop off at the house. I had to walk to a broader street for 5-10 minutes to get a ride. The bathroom was very small. The shower didn’t have a wall or curtain, and having a shower made the whole bathroom floor wet.

Amazing place

Pros: Amazing place for staying in Aswan. Fantastic view, nice and friendly staff. The owner is patient and always help you to get maximum from your experience in Aswan. I have to say about meal. We arrived at 3 pm and I didn't order lunch before arrival, but when I did it the proper lunch was served in 15 minutes. You can always find water in a fridge and hot water in a shower. If you want to make a trip to some nice places Said ready to help you and provide transfers. Already plan my next trip and for sure will stay here again.

Pros: The safe and quiet atmosphere of the Guesthouse make you feel like home. Their food is delicious, homemade with love and wisdom! The manager and his family is kind and helpful! The rooms are clean, comfortable. The rooftop is amazing for Yoga and meditation or coffee time or even a nap! Thank you for your kindness!

Pros: Located on the banks of the Nile, near the Philae Temple, the guesthouse boasts stunning views. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the guesthouse facilities and breakfast were excellent. I hope to return again someday.

Pros: The property is in a colorful Nubian style. It can be reached by boat or by car. The location is a bit far from city center but close to Philae Temple. There is a big living room and a balcony where you can enoy the Nile view. Mr. Wanas is a nice person. He helped us with transportation and other things. Nice Breakfast.
