lovely room design and good view to see Nile River
Pros: we left at early morning at 3:30 a.m. rush to Abu Simbel, at first we plan to skip the breakfast just silently check out, when the hotel manager hear about this, they checked our plan and prepared breakfast box for us, pass to us before our departure which is very touching. I will keep sharing this good memory with my friend.
Cons: if travel with big suitcase may feel tired to move your lugguage to the room, can ask staff for help.

We don't mind returning to this awesome and colorful hotel the next time we travel to Aswan.
Pros: We were received by the hotel staff on a staircase of vibrant colors that immediately cheered us up. While waiting for the room keys, we were given welcoming yoghurt drink (delicious!). We were also given welcoming drinks when we arrived back from our day tours. Awesome! The hotel packed our breakfast when we didn't have time to sit in for breakfast as we had to leave very early in the morning to Abu Simbel. The view was awesome - you are less than 100 meters from the River Nile. At night, you can see beautiful lights fro the village across the river. There is also ferry service (need to pay and book in advance) if you want to cross the river to the village on the other side. However, we did not have a chance to do that as our schedule was packed. It's quiet and has a calm ambiance.
Cons: The road leading to the hotel is a village path, not a proper road like you see on a highway. Some travel agents' drivers are not willing to drive and fetch you at this hotel, but don't worry because you can call for Uber or InDrive service. Also, this hotel has many staircases, therefore not quite suitable for elderlies, disabled people and those with inabilities to climb stairs.

Great view of the Nile!
Pros: Very good river view! The property was quiet as we went in March, so we had the garden all by ourselves. Apparently you can hire a boat from here which we imagined would be very nice add-on. The dinner and breakfast were great.
Cons: Only small things - There was no wifi (or because we didn’t ask for it?). It is slightly not easy to reach the property - you will need a car, and I would recommend you travel there during day time. But these are easily balanced off by the stunning view and hospitality of the staff!

An authentic place to relax with excellent food
Pros: Nubiano Cataract is a great authentic hotel in Nubian Style. I loved the colorful walls and the room was charming with a beautiful view over the Nile River. The breakfast was very tasty and the staff was very friendly and correct. I slept like a baby at night. I felt at home and happy. The location is close to Philae Island, it was perfect for me!

This was a very special location in which we experienced true upper Egypt hospitality.
Pros: The staff was so friendly and welcoming. We loved the location on the cataracts and watching the birds, fishes and water. Everything about the hotel was so authentic that we almost felt like we were staying with a family.
Cons: The check-in process was rather long. The bathroom needed some improvements. We also were not informed the correct way to order dinner, and so it took longer than expected.

I would definitely recommend this place for its value for money, the view, and the staff.
Pros: Staff were nice and helpful. They helped us with our luggages and gave us handmade bags and necklaces as gifts, which were super cute. Also the welcome drink was refreshing. We only stayed for one night and checked out at 4am because we were going to Abu Simbel but the staff still prepared breakfast boxes to go for us. Rooms were clean and well decorated. The view from the terrace was amazing.
Cons: It’s not far from the Philae Temple but a little bit hard to find because the location on Google maps was wrong so you have to call the hotel for a precise location. Our driver asked for extra money to take us out for dinner so we decided to have dinner at the hotel. We had lamb chops and chicken, the taste was okay but the lamb chops were overcooked and too dry.
