Pros: The owner did almost the best possible with the accomodation

Cons: But the sound isolation is really bad in rooms, you hear noises from the outside until roughly 10 PM I also would like if everything inside the building would look more modern — plastic windows instead of wooden, newer doors instead of old To be honest, I would also like it if you could go up to your floor without the owner calling you through the intercom when you're on the first floor, or at least if he did it much less often, otherwise it bothers me, I want to be more at peace. I don't want to be rude, I'm just trying to be objective.

Cons: Wifi was a bit tricky, but that seem to be the case for all Egypt. VPN fixed it temporarily.

Excellent stay. Very good location and budget friendly

Pros: We travelled with kids. From outside it may look like an old building, but inside it was managed nicely. Rooms were clean, very spacious. Sofa, beds were comfortable. We used kitchen, dredge and micro oven as well. It’s has 2 best things. No 1 is location. Located in prime area where you will get all shops nearby. Walkable to Nile, kfc or mac Donald’s. No 2 is the owner and his family. They had big hearts and always go extra mile to help the guest. He was really kind to us. I would highly recommend it for budget friendly travellers with family.

Pros: The staff! They were great and really helpful! The tours they provided were great and fair price!

Cons: Aircon was bit noise and the toilet could use some repair on the seat.

Pros: I liked the hospitality of the owner and his son Ahmed. They’re very kind, helpful and will make you feel at home. Also helped me find food when I arrived late at night and get taxis because I couldn’t register on inDrive app.

Cons: The area is sometimes very noisy which is not the fault of the guesthouse. You will need good earplugs if you are sensitive to noise.

Your second home in Egypt

Pros: The staff is AMAZING,.they helped me with setting up.my tours and even provided a change of floor because my mother is elderly. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the bathroom is quite confortable. Its VERY close to the corniche!

Cons: The entrance might feel a bit scary at first, but don't be mistaken: Moustafa will make sure this feels like your second home in Egypt!

COMFORTABLE STAY AT ASWAN CITY CENTRE

Pros: The host Moustafa is a very learned man. he is ever helping. He got my bookings for abu SIMBEL and travels to luxor. A Functional kitchen for food is available.

Cons: The furniture needs an update and so does the entrance. It can scare you if you arrive at night.

Very clean, quiet, near Old Market

Pros: They treat me very well like a friend. everything what I needed, they help me. I booked some trips with them, was very good time.
