Peaceful and lovely property to stay in

Pros: The area was as per described in the images, located in the peaceful West Bank with a friendly convenience shop beside the property. Ahmed was kind to help me arrange for my airport transfer and my activities. He was honest and ensured I get what I paid for and refunded me the excess if I did not managed to get to do what I pay for. Example I paid extra to take the first wave of sunrise balloon, due to unforeseen circumstances, we were bumped to second wave. Ahmed refunded the excess to us without any question asked.

Pros: The Villa was private 2 bed, 2 bath, dinning/kitchen, tv room, with pool The owner Ahmad was very accommodating, he organized, transportation, and activities as per our request at a reasonable price Recomended

Highly recommended for short or longer vacation!

Pros: Excellent, high quality villa with plenty of space and own pool! Very good communicaton with owner, who provided us extra services

Pros: Great place with all amenties. Private swimming pool was a plus.

Cons: House is located little outside. It is tough to get cabs there. But the owner was kind enough to take us out whenever we needed in his car.

Pros: Our family had an amazing stay at this house. It was exactly as shown in the pictures,clean, well-located, and beautifully maintained. The owner was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, even assisting with organizing trips outside of Luxor. We’re truly grateful and can’t wait to return!

Do yourself a favour and spend time in this magical part of the world!

Pros: It’s a lovely property that is very private and secure so you can really relax and unwind. The views of the surrounding farmland from the roof is so serene. It’s only a 2 minute walk to the Nile and motorboats and felucca. The house is clean and modern with wonderful facilities. So close to all the amazing things that Luxor has to offer.

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: La casa es amplia y tal como aparece en las fotos. Todo funciona, salvo la Smart TV.

Cons: Faltan muchas cosas en la cocina para poder cocinar y comer bien. Y hace falta una mujer dos días para hacer la limpieza general de la casa.

Comfortable, private and cozy!

Pros: Our family of 5 stayed here and we were very comfortable. The place is on the west bank and it is very private and much quieter than the east bank. Ahmed, the owner, is super kind and very hospitable. He was available at all times to answer any questions and offered to help if we needed anything. Khalid showed up every morning to make us breakfast and stayed around to clean afterwards. He was very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay and for all your help!

Pros: Villa sur la rive ouest de Luxor quartier très agréable et typiquement égyptien loin de la ville et des grands hotels un endroit magnifique pour se reposer après la visite des différents monuments sous la chaleur la piscine est un vrai plus
