Villa Set ma'at Nile view

Pros: The whole house is super clean. The rooms are spacious. The host and staffs are very kind and helpful for us. It has a nice nile view, you can enjoy that at the roof

a haven of peace on Louxor's westbank!

Pros: Everything was perfect at Set Ma'at! From the early communication prior to check-in to our actual stay, Anna, Bari and their family made us feel incredibly welcome and was the perfect blend of friendliness, advice for visits, whilst at the same time allowing space for her guests to also relax at the property. Furthermore, the apartment is incredibly clean and well maintained. It is located in a quiet area of the west bank, but you shouldn't let that deter you : there's an easy access to the center of the westbank (via an inexpensive tuk-tuks), or you can also cross the nile in minutes via taxi boats from the location of the property into the center of Louxor east bank. Our stay was an absolute dream in an oasis of tranquility. Immense thanks to Anna for welcoming us so well!

Pros: It's such a clean place and such quiet and I love so much the pool and the garden in the backyard with the vegetables this is really Egyptian life and it's again it's very clean

Pros: During our trip to Luxor, we stopped at the Set Maat Hotel on the west bank of the Nile. Apartment with 3 bedrooms. A wonderful place, a wonderful view of the Nile, perfect cleanliness, everything is very thought out, convenient, just great. The hostess Anna is very friendly. We were helped to order a boat to the east bank of the Nile and back. After the city tours, we had a wonderful rest at the hotel. In the evening we watched a beautiful view of the illuminated eastern bank of the Nile and early In the Morning we watched the flight of balloons and met a very beautiful sunrise. All the sights were very close. We will definitely stay here again if we go to Luxor . We strongly recommend it.

Pros: Anna est accueillante, l'appartement est très spacieux et très confortable, situé dans un quartier calme. Très agréable de se reposer à la piscine.

Cons: Un peu éloigné du ferry, prendre un taxi, ou marcher une vingtaine de minutes

Pros: Oraya yetişir yetişmez, herkes bavullarımızı aldı, bize villayı çevresini, Luxor'da yapılabilecekleri tek tek anlattılar. Herkes çok ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü. İyhab biz gidene kadar bizimle ilgilendi, onunla iyi arkadaş olduk. Bize hem tüm gün kullanabileceğimiz bir araç ayarladı ve bizi akşam manava götürdü. Villaya giden yol biraz karışık olsa da tekrar ilk gideceğim yer orası olur.

Pros: Очень приятное и тихое место. Очень большие апартаменты. Хозяйка очень милая женщина, быстро откликалась на наши просьбы. На вверху большая красивая терраса, с красивым видом на Нил. Бассейн красивый и чистый. Есть место для парковки автомобиля. Прекрасное тихое и зелёное место, уединённое, можно расслабиться в тишине после длительных поездок по Луксору.

Pros: Super séjour, très grand appartement, bien adapté pour une famille. Super propre. La piscine est très agréable quand il fait trop chaud. L'appartement et les environs sont très calmes. La vue depuis la terrasse est splendide. Anne est très sympathique et c'était très intéressant de discuter avec elle pour en savoir plus sur le pays.

Cons: L'hôtel est un peu isolé (un seul restaurant à proximité à pied) donc il faut tout le temps prévoir un transport (taxi ou touktouk) pour l'aller manger/visiter.
