Pros: location is good, although it's on the west bank, it's very near to the river, and you can go to the city center by boat with very low price. There are many small private ferries. It's very quiet at night, you won't here anything. No horn, no kids scream, really relaxing.

Cons: It's not clean, there is hair in the drawer. One of the window to terrace is broken,, we can't open it and bugs keep flying into the room. The water heater is the biggest issue, The hot water is always not enough. We have to take shower in the room in other floor.

Pros: The owner and his son are very friendly and always ready to help You.Apartments are new,modern and breakfast is really rich,You won't be hungry.West bank is much quiter and nicer than East Bank,there are public ferry or private boats that help You to reach other side of Luxor for small amount of money (25 LE).

Pros: We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, which made us feel comfortable straight away. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos — clean, spacious, and very well maintained. It was fully equipped with everything we needed, making our stay easy and comfortable. The location is ideal, right on the Nile, with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious and a lovely way to start the day. We also really appreciated the complimentary pick-up from Go Bus and the late check-out, which made our travel much less stressful. The hotel also offers excursions, which is very convenient, and there are multiple restaurants and shops within walking distance. Overall, a great stay and we would definitely return.

Outstanding. We had a hotel but felt like we were hosted by a family friend.

Pros: I stayed in this hotel for three nights. My experience was outstanding. It was more than a hotel. Like a family host. We arrived late in the evening. We got very warm welcome. To my surprise the dinner was arranged as complimentary which relieved us from the delayed flight journey fatigue. Just three days before arriving I called Ahmed(owner) for possibility of arranging tour in this high season and also arranging transfer to Hurghada. And to my surprise he arranged all with private car as per my requirement. Ahmed has very good experience in arranging all kind of tours. Ahmed also offered us traditional Egyptian lunch made from his family. We had a very good experience in Luxor.

Pros: Nice hotel, located very close to the west bank ferry in quite location. All necessary is in the room, hospitable service. Good quality European / local breakfast. We used this location for both west and east bank sightseeing exploring. Hosts provided an all need service cover with a friendly attitude. Beds and beds linen are clean new and cozy. We also were met at the airport by hotel representative.

When I come to Luxor again, I will stay at this hotel again without hesitation.

Pros: Rest assured, your stay is very close to the boats you'll use to go to the east. The hotel is right in the center and is new. The staff strive to do their best. Breakfast is satisfactory. Considering Egypt, this hotel was cleaner than we expected. And a special thank you to Bilal. He addresses all your questions, from the smallest to the largest, with a clear and solution-oriented approach. In short, this is a hotel where you'll make your Luxor stay a hassle-free experience. We'd like to thank Bilal and his team.

Cons: There was nothing I didn't like about such a value for money hotel.

Pros: The area is very quiet, and the staff are extremely respectful and kind. The apartment was very clean, and all the furniture was new and well-maintained. I was supposed to leave the city at 11 p.m., and the checkout time was 11 a.m., but they kindly allowed me to stay as long as I wanted for free. The breakfast on the rooftop was simply incredible — both the food and the view were amazing.

Pros: Ontzettend fijn groot en schoon appartement. Je krijgt echt waar voor je geld. Het ontbijt iedere dag was ook erg lekker en enorm vriendelijk personeel. Zeker een aanrader!
