It is a great place to stay.

Pros: ​Ahmed is a fantastic host. He is truly dedicated and is always worried about the well-being of his guests, making sure we have everything we need. ​The hotel’s location is excellent, as it is very close to the main avenue, providing easy access to everything in the area. ​The staff is always accessible, very kind, and helpful to all guests. We had a lovely time!

Cons: The only issue we encountered was with the Wi-Fi. It worked perfectly on the first day, but after that, the connection cut out completely and we weren't sure why.

Pros: This guesthouse is located on the west bank of Luxor in a more secluded area. It is recommended to have your driver contact the host on the way to confirm the exact address. Since it is not in the city center, the place is very quiet, so there is no need to worry about any noise. The room was much bigger than we expected, exceeding our expectations, making it perfect for family trips. The host was very hospitable. When we arrived, he welcomed us with plenty of fresh fruit and delicious tea. He also recommended the most authentic and safe ways to explore Luxor, helped us arrange a private driver, and even booked our hot air balloon ride. He was also happy to give us a ride when we needed one. We truly felt that the host was kind and considerate—he was always reachable and ready to assist with anything immediately!

Amazing

Pros: Ahmed and family are extremely helpful, friendly and warm. You feel like one of them. He makes sure you are comfortable from the start to finish and is very caring. The apartment is spacious and clean and you get everything plus immediate help if you need anything. Views around are beautiful.

Cons: Two floors up and down but that's not anyone's fault and Ahmed helps with the luggage. A lift would have been handy.

Pros: Vila Garden is an exceptionally good place to spend a holiday in, especially if you are interested in sightseeing. You can reach many monuments in a brief time. The owner provides transport services as well as helps with ordering trips on request. The Vila has a big and beautiful terrace on the roof, where you can spend time enjoying the view of the mountains containing the most fascinating places from the past, such as The Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut temple etc. It should be positively emphasised, that Villa Garden is located on a place, which is very quiet and away from traffic. The owner offers a very good food both brekfast and lunch on request. The food is made at home by the family and can be tailored to the individual likes and needs. The apartments in Villa Garden are big, comfortable, good furnished and with many terraces, from which you can admire the beautiful sunsets.

Pros: We had a lovely stay at the property. The host and family were very friendly and made us feel very welcome and offered to help in any way they could. The building is still in progress but that didn't take away from our property which was huge, had three balconies and a huge roof terrace. It was a 15 min walk down to the Nile which took you through the locals streets and past their homes which is not for everyone but we really loved to see a part of the real Luxor. It was easy to pick up a very cheap tuc tuc if you didn't fancy the walk and the restaurants on the front were really good. We really enjoyed Thebes. The rooms were clean, huge and the addition of the pool two doors up was really special. There were drinks on hand there too and they went out of their way to provide everything that we asked for. Our daughters even used the pool at 8/9pm at night and were made hot drinks to warm them up. Over all it was a fabulous stay and we would def return.

True Egyptian hospitality at its best

Pros: The whole villa is amazing, no matter which room you choose. Rooms are spacious, air-conditioned, bright and very-well designed. The gardens is blooming and has cosy shadows to spend sunny afternoons under them. You can use the pool whenever you like, eat very tasty breakfasts, just walk around this quiet neighbourhood or near the nile, hear amazing stories from the host Ahmed who you will momentarily perceive as an old friend of yours. Every sight of Luxor you need to see is easily covered from the location and Ahmed will provide you with all the help you ever need - transportation, guidance, contacts or just a good company. I recommend spending the most of your trip to Egypt right at this villa in Luxor and truly relax in this magical place. Thanks for the kindness, generosity and honesty, can't wait to come back again!

The location, space, hosts - everything was amazing!

Pros: It was like staying with family. They even prepared an amazing iftar for us one night. We had access to a pool next door. Amazing quiet location with a great deal of space. Beautiful rooftop, too!

Peace, hospitality and a wonderful garden

Pros: We are happy to have spent a few days at this beautiful place. It is an oasis of tranquility. Mango trees and herbs grow in the garden. All apartments are huge, clean, elegantly furnished, with multiple balconies and a great view of the Valley of the Kings, the balloons, and fields. From the huge rooftop terrace, you have a panoramic view, you can watch the stars at night and enjoy a wonderful breakfast in the morning. We also enjoyed the clean and peaceful pool. After a busy day visiting all the attractions, it was so valuable to swim a round in the clear water and wind down. A very special experience was the hospitality of the entire family. Thank you for a great evening with good conversations and shisha. We really felt at home and enjoyed every moment. On our trip, this accommodation was truly a highlight. If Luxor, then here. Everything was perfect at this place. The dreamlike villa, the quiet, peaceful atmosphere, the location, and the people who live there.

Fantastic villa

Pros: The villa is gorgeous, spacious, and a place of tranquility and rural Egyptian life contemplation. The host is a wonderful man, good mannered, tried to help us in all ways possible, and gave local recommendations. Do not be scared away by the comments about it being under construction. The finished apartments are beautifully decorated and very clean, with all bathroom and kitchen necessities readily available. There are AC and electric heater, to make you comfortable.The location of the villa is only a 5-7 min drive from the Kings and Queens valleys, the temple of Hatshepsut, Medinat Habu, Rammesseum and many other places to visit. We recommend using the inDrive application to get around. And if you arrive on the east coast of Nile first, take a boat and walk afterwards; it will take 10 min max.We will definitely stay again and recommend it to everyone in search of a lovely place to stay.
