Spacious Luxury Nile-View Apartment on Upper Floor with Rooftop

Would definitely recommend this again for a local stay

Pros: It was great to arrive in Luxor and stay somewhere that felt really local. The local restaurants were great and the action on the streets was fun.

Pros: The apartment is large and very clean and comfortable. One of the best we had in Egypt. Friendly and responsive owner and staff, welcoming us with fresh fruit. For a fee you can use the whirlpool on the wonderful rooftop with Nile view.. great for sunsets! Great restaurants and shops nearby. Convenient. And not far from Karnak temple.

Cons: The pillows are a bit thick to our liking, but that's a matter of taste.

Pros: Mooi uitzicht vanaf het dak waar je lekker kan chillen. Appartement voelt ruim. De bedden slapen goed en er zijn fijne grote handdoeken. Het is een rustige wijk je moet over de gang naar het dakterras maar die heb je wel voor jezelf.

Cons: Keuken mag schoner met meer servies.

Pros: Appartamento molto spazioso, ideale per famiglie numerose, buona la pulizia, il custode Mostafa molto disponibile, possibilità di lasciare anche i bagagli in deposito.

Cons: Appartamento privato in zona residenziale locale, non è indicato ma con le istruzioni dell’Host e navigatore é stato facile trovarlo.

Very Big, Very Clean and Very Nice Apartment in a Quiet Area

Pros: We had a great stay at Maat Apartment. The apartment is huge. Like, really, really huge. It was also very nicely decorated and furnished. We only used one bed, but it was very comfortable and the comforter was wonderful. The whole apartment was very clean. While we didn't cook, it does look like there is everything needed for cooking. Having two bathrooms was also very nice. The location is pretty quiet too. Some kids playing here and there and the occasional motorcycle, but usually pretty quiet. We also used the jacuzzi one evening. There is a charge per hour to use it. Overall, very happy with our stay and very, very happy with the apartment.

Cons: We didn't have any negatives, but things to be aware of. It was cold in Luxor while we were there and the apartment doesn't have heat. The apartment was pretty cold, but the comforter on the bed was so nice that sleeping was no problem at all. The apartment is a ways away from town and other things. This was great for us, but if you want to be able to walk to the boats or temples or anything like that, this wouldn't be the place for you. If you want quite and more laid back, than this is perfect.

Pros: The host was very kind and a warm hospitality with fruits and water. The place is new and clean and very good location right next to Nile river and the terrace is beatiful to enjoy the morning coffee or a sunset. We loved everything!
