Great place just my room in particular slightly problematic.
Pros: Nice view, very spacious, clean, comfortable, with kitchen facilities, a new place it seems.
Cons: My window was on the terrace so felt slightly invaded when people say in front and conversed. The bedroom though is separate with a door that closes.

Pros: The boss and employees are enthusiastic. If you have any questions, just talk to them. I asked them to help me buy rice and book a hot air balloon trip. It was a great experience

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The host went above and beyond from the very beginning. I arrived around 2AM, and he personally waited for me despite the late hour. He even asked for my flight number and tracked my delayed flight to make sure everything was okay. That level of care truly made me feel safe and welcomed. The house was very clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. Everything felt new. The bathroom was spotless, and the pillows, bedsheets, and blankets were fresh and smelled amazing. The view is absolutely stunning.You can see the Nile River and hot air balloons in the morning, which made the experience even more special. He also helped us order food, which was very convenient.

Pros: The location is incredible for Karnak temple. You can walk there in 7-8 minutes and it's super easy to return. The person who sits at the office downstairs is also very helpful, and adjusted to our needs. The place was very clean and had all new fittings which was nice. Very spacious living room, comfortable bedroom, super view on the Nile.
Cons: It's not a hotel per se, so there's no reception etc. It's in an apartment building, but there is someone at the office downstairs during the day if you need something. The bathroom floods a little bit, but not prohibitively. If you're okay with it being more of an AirBnB set up than a hotel, a very good option!

Pros: The hotel is located in the convenient position. You can go to the temple conveniencely. I am very happy to live in this hotel. The lanlord is very nice who help us a lot. I am very grateful for him. I am looking forward to meet him again. If you come to Luxor, I suggest you stay at this hotel.

Pros: This apartment is amazing. It is located at the Eastside, near the Karnak Temple. It is modern, stylish and super clean. Has a very comfortable sofa in the huge living room. The bed is very good and I slept very well. The apartment is new and everything is in very good condition. The manager/owner is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommand this apartment.

A rooftop with a very special view!
Pros: The host was sooooo kind, honest and welcoming. He made sure that the apartment is clean even though it was a last minute booking. He also was so generous and gave us a beautiful platter of fruit and chocolates. The rooftop views are absolutely priceless. I would certainly come and stay here again.
Cons: The beds were a bit hard for my liking but some people prefer that.

Pros: Staff is very friendly. Helped with earlier check-in, organized transfer, excursion with a good price. View from room was great. The room is spacious. Bed was comfortable, living room bright and comfy. Everything was clean and looked new. Mentioned appliances were present and worked. Wifi was stable so I could work.
Cons: It's close to the road so it can be a little noisy, but my partner didn't notice that. Traffic is low during the night.

Pros: The house in which I stayed (at the 4th floor) was beautiful. Big apartment, with all the facilities needed and especially with a beautiful view over the Nile and the mountain of the Valley of Kings. The location near Karnak Temple and good restaurants is a plus. In almost 15 minutes by uber you can reach every part of Luxor's east bank. The staff was so kind and available, especially the owner/administrator of the place.
Cons: Just one thing. One of the guys that administer the apartment (the one with whom I kept more in contact during my stay) does not speak english at all. So the communication with him has been difficult. At the same time, another guy (the main administrator as I understood), which I have met just the last day speaks english very well and has been so kind and available to us
