Comfortable Villa for Your Holidays with awesome host.

Pros: Place has a nice view to el gouna. everything evening we watched the sunset from the pool. Villa is really spacious and comfortable for couple of families to live in.

la maison est irréprochable et agréable, mais l’accès au lac est potentiellement dangereux à cause des chiens et la gest

Pros: La villa elle-même est très belle, spacieuse, propre et bien entretenue. Elle correspond parfaitement aux photos et offre tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. Sur ce point, rien à redire.

Cons: En revanche, notre expérience a malheureusement été fortement perturbée par un problème sérieux lié à l’environnement extérieur. Le lac/plage rattaché à la villa, qui est un espace commun avec d’autres maisons, s’est révélé dangereux. À plusieurs reprises, nous avons été attaqués ou poursuivis par les chiens d’une voisine. Cela a provoqué beaucoup de peur, en particulier chez les enfants, qui n’ont plus voulu retourner au lac après ces incidents. Nous avons immédiatement signalé la situation à l’hôte, en fournissant même des vidéos (uniquement des chiens) pour prouver nos propos. Malheureusement, au lieu de recevoir du soutien de l’hôte ou une solution, celle-ci nous envoie un message incendiant à 2h du matin nous accusant à tort de comportements perturbateurs vis-à-vis du voisinage et de les filmer à leur insu. Cette réaction nous a semblé injuste et très décevante, surtout au regard de la gravité du problème.

Perfect getaway

Pros: The best family vacation I ever had. Everything about it was just perfect. Everything was just so convenient, best host ever. Very responsive made me feel as if it was my own home. I recommend this place and will definitely be coming back.

Best place in Houna for groups or families or romantic hide aways

Pros: Best ever stay. Outstanding View and facilities and service. The heated pool was great. The house equipment high standard and all in Grt condition. TV has premier league and all sports channels. Location close to Down town and kafr el gouna and couple of hotels. Private beach just out if the door. High response rate by hosts and great service
