Modern Villa in El Gouna (Private Pool & Garden.)

Perfect Villa Stay – Highly Recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Pros: Our stay was absolutely perfect. The villa was spotless, beautifully decorated, and even better than the photos. The private pool was crystal clear and wonderfully peaceful. Everything we needed was provided, from comfortable beds to a fully equipped kitchen. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and made us feel truly welcome. We left completely relaxed and can’t wait to return!

We all loved our stay and will be back.

Pros: Everything was good ,nice and spacious double wardrobe in each room All rooms a good size Loved the en suite and extra 2 toilets with showers Living room is big with an open plan kitchen with utensils and a air fryer The pool was really good nice and big We enjoyed our 10 day stay The air conditioning in each room was good cooled the house down Location was brilliant not far from anywhere in elgouna Tuktuk available for a small fee We had our own rental car so was not needed as much The security to get to our place was a reassurance and safe Parking space right outside gate of the house The people there are so nice and welcoming and helpful Will definitely be back There was a black and white cat that would come every-night my daughter would feed the cat milk everyday All in all It was a good stay highly recommend

Cons: There was little ants everywhere in the bathrooms especially in the en suite sink after a few days there were bigger ants on floor it was annoying There were lots of bigger ants by the outside near the pool The house the detail is run down definitely needs a upgrade especially in the all the bathrooms Kitchen also would need a upgrade was a bit dated Pool was clean when pool guys came but they didn’t come everyday to clean it should be cleaned everyday We had to pay extra for housekeeping The first night we slept the bedding smelt musty they did change for free after we requested The Air conditioning in the middle room with the double bed was constantly leaking my son found that uncomfortable and annoying water droplets would fall on his head everytime he slept The cupboard in the top bedroom smelt it wasn’t nice and i had no choice but to hang my clothes up The kitchen sink had a leak a few days into the stay they came and repaired it straight away The curtain rails were really bad the top room rail completely fell off we had to put it back on downstairs living room curtain rail fell off as well we had to put it back on

Great value for money

Pros: The villa is very well equipped, the overall vibes is nice. Pool was cleaned everyday

Cons: Bedsheets might need to be replaced. Looks old yet clean, Could be it is faded. But the whole villa was super clean

Pros: *The whole interior design: -The furnishing colors, the lights, the comforting height of the ceiling, the outdoor area,... it's really good as it's in the photos! *Every single detail was taken care of : -the cleaneess of the place, and the pool -There were variety of extra details like : books, welcoming sweets, board games, coffee machine cups, and even a first-aid box,... *The owners and everyone responsible there were nice, answering as soon as they could, and continously following up

Cons: -The oven and the refrigerator weren't working!! -The electric utilities there have a 3 outlet plugs, that don't fit those on the wall!

A tranquil haven, with abundant space and comforts.

Pros: Incredibly safe, secure and secluded location half way between the marina and downtown, with ten minute walk on the level in either direction. The pool is immaculate, if a little chilly in January, and the overall space was sensational, inside and out. The premises are well equipped and nicely furnished, with some wonderful small homely touches and plenty of storage.

Cons: Unfortunately the bikes were not available as had been advertised, but we walked everywhere with ease so not the worst.

Plenty of space for larger groups in very nice house - recommended!

Pros: Interior design and simplicity of the Villa. Location was perfect as I had an event to attend to which was only a 5 mins walk to, also short distance to the marina which is also walkable . Greet location. Well maintained and garden and backyard was beautiful and peaceful to chill.

Pros: Un séjour absolument parfait ! Nous avons passé des vacances extraordinaires dans cette superbe villa. Tout était parfaitement accessible, ce qui a rendu le séjour encore plus confortable et agréable. La villa est très grande, spacieuse, impeccablement propre et extrêmement bien équipée : rien ne manque, tout est pensé pour le bien-être et la détente. Les espaces sont lumineux, modernes et parfaitement entretenus, ce qui donne immédiatement une sensation de luxe et de sérénité. Un immense merci à Ahmed, qui a été tout simplement incroyable. Toujours disponible, réactif, à l’écoute et d’une grande gentillesse. Il répond à toutes les questions avec professionnalisme et est prêt à intervenir immédiatement au moindre souci, ce qui est très rassurant. Nous repartons avec des souvenirs inoubliables et une seule envie : revenir. Nous recommandons cette villa les yeux fermés !

Cons: 10:00 am Check out time can be pushed a little bit. Can be pushed to 12:00 for extra 30$.

Pros: The pool is amazing. Villa interior design is inspiring and calming. Rooftop lounge is private and perfect for chilling. Location is so close to the beach and lagoon.
