Pros: Lovely staff and a comfortable bed with a warm shower and a fridge for cod drinks. Breakfast was brought to your room at a time you requested

Cons: Unfortunately located adjacent market in centre and noisy but manageable with earplugs

Wonderful

Pros: The property was extremely authentic. If you need 4 star western standards, this hotel is not for you. However if you are prepared to drop those standards to a slightly faded but wonderful Egyptian charm, we recommend this hotel. The location is extremely central and surrounded by a local market. You need Google Maos to find it in amongst the market. It is less than 10 mins walk to the Temple of Horus

Only 4 mins walk from Edfu Temple

Pros: Only 4 mins walk to Edfu temple. Really friendly staff who were obviously not that used to foreigners but were very helpful. Clean and basic

Cons: Breakfast which was included seemed fairly hit or miss. We ended up having breakfast for lunch and it had obvious been bought in and consisted of very little. Hotel is hard to find and a taxi can’t pull up outside as there is a street market - but staff went out if their way to find us and lead us to the hotel

De place-to-be als je naar Idfu gaat.

Pros: Een schoon en redlijk nieuw hotel midden in de stad, gelegen aan een drukke markt. Het personeel was hulpvaardig en sprak goed Engels. De kamers waren niet bijzonder. maar schoon en de bedden waren uitstekend. Zeker voor Egyptische begrippen is dit een uitstekend hotel en een aanrader wanneer je in Idfu wilt overnachten.

Cons: Het hotel is heel erg moeilijk te vinden, het bevindt zich halverwege een drukke markt en de ingang is erg slecht aangegeven. Maar vraag de omstanders om \

Pros: Großzügiges, abgepacktes Frühstück. Aufenthalt für eine Nacht gut- Hotel war sehr schwierig zu finden. Mitten in der Marktzone, sehr zentral aber bei Anreise mit Mietwagen schwierig, zu parken- wir wurden dann zu einem Parkplatz ausserhalb geführt- der bewacht wurde. Alles in allem in Ordnung-Koffer konnten wir am Morgen an der Rezeption lassen. Am Abend sehr zuvorkommender Empfang und wir bekamen noch einen guten Restaurantipp.
