Best value for money during all my Egyptian stay

Pros: Bright and modern room, big and with balcony overviewing rice fields, comfortable bathroom with pressure and hot water. Super breakfast every morning, like a proper meal. Outstanding terrace, super to chill out and enjoy the view. Wonderful staff, always ready and available for you and any request you have. Fair and honest, compared to other Egyptian people and that’s super important. Arrange me tuktuk for kings valley, motorbike next morning, until the child, small Ali (go on like this!) bringing you for sunset in an amazing spot. Highly recommendable, best value for money around, for sure.

Cons: Only drawback is a bit cold in the room at night, but with the duvet, it’s more than fine.

Wonderful stay!

Pros: Beautiful location, great breakfast and helpful staff. A bit outside town but very quiet and a beautiful view.

Cons: Nothing, really enjoyed our stay. We were not impressed by the guide that was arranged but I guess that depends on your interests.

Pros: We had a very comfortable stay at Karima House with our 3 year old and parents. Ali was very helpful and attentive, arranging us transportation for reasonable prices. All staff is kind and helpful. The place is very clean. I like that they ask to take off shoes at the entrance. It’s in a rural beautiful area- it was a relaxing change after chaotic Cairo.

No stress, close to King's heaven

Pros: Attentive staff, very kind people who make you feel like home from the very first minute. Gorgeous view! Delicious breakfast. Booked taxi and guide- seemed fair price and very well executed. Family animal far just around the corner where our daughters could pet goats, rabbits, donkey (even riding!)... family living there producing exqusite honey! we've tried and, offered us also welcome tea... simple but big heart people! Nice stroll by the area around the canal... Unique experience of real life rural Luxor.

Amazing and very friendly guesthouse!

Pros: An amazing guesthouse, super friendly and very helpful. Good rooms, good matras, spacious, clean. A nice rooftop restaurant with very fresh and very healthy food for reasonable prices. And beautiful view. The trustworthy staff is always doing the best they can to understand your wishes, what you need and other ways to help you. Definitely a big 10! Quiet and rural area but they arrange transport for a very good price to the Nile and all the temples and valleys. Thank you guys and owner Karima.

A lovely guesthouse in a quieter, more village-like part of Luxor. It’s on the West Bank, not far at all from the Valley

Pros: Very clean, spacious and well appointed guest house with very friendly and helpful staff, wonderful views and good food.

Pros: Everything was beyond our expectations. Karima House is not just a guesthouse, it truly feels like a warm hug and a blessing after a difficult time. I spent a weekend there with my two brothers, and it turned out to be the best two days we’ve had in years. Mohamed’s hospitality and his genuine care left us absolutely speechless. His delicious home-cooked meals, with the authentic taste of a grandmother’s kitchen, made our stay unforgettable. Mohamed, you made our trip to Luxor so special. We will never forget you and we’ll definitely come back again, thank you Karima house for the amazing memories 🙏

Very good people, amazing views, and peaceful location!!

Pros: The property was in the middle of a farm, with breathtaking views from the terrace. The sunset and sunrise was particularly so beautiful to watch. It’s located in a very quiet area, so it’s perfect for a relaxed getaway. You can get fresh fruits and vegetables from the garden, and have them for breakfast and dinner. Everything tasted amazing. The highlight of the place is definitely the warm and kind staff. They were so friendly and made us feel at home immediately. Perfect for someone who wants to stay at a at home environment with a lovely and welcoming family in Luxor.

Pros: The place is amazing, perfect to disconnect. In Egypt it’s surrounded by nature, and from the rooftop you get incredible views. The room is great, very clean. The breakfasts are the best we’ve had in Egypt – a wide variety and super tasty. You can also have lunch and dinner there, with traditional, homemade food. And best of all, the hospitality: Mohamed, Ali, and Husyn are truly wonderful people. If we come back to Luxor, we would definitely stay here again

Pros: This is a nice place to stay, if you plan to visit the West side of Luxor. Its close to everything and at the same time very peaceful and quiet. The room is clean and spacious, food is delicious, wifi is strong, the young care taker of the place is kind and helpful.
