Pros: The location of the hotel is very good, near to the nubian village. Nice room, with a beautifull view and nice personnels. The food is deliscious. They have book for us a beautiful day for Abu Simbel and Philae. In fact, they have help us too for us trip after be with them, with their many contact who was all very nice persons. Thanks for this beautiful moment you make for us at all point

Pros: The bed was super comfortable and the balcony view of the nile was beautiful during sunrise. Hotel can offer roundtrip shared van to Abu Simbel and they provided a packed breakfast. Location is set to more calm side of Aswan blending with the locals. ATMs are nearby as well as few restaurants and many local shops. You can also take the boat for a trip or to the other side of Aswan. Aircon and hot shower were working fine.

Overall was nice location and property

Pros: Nice views in the Nubian Village where is on land rather than on one of the islands. Seems to be newer so was nice a bit more modern compared to comparable properties.

Cons: It was challenging getting support from staff to go from property by boat to elephantine island using private speed boat. They claimed they didn’t know the going rate and when they got someone the guy asked for $25 for a 15 min boat ride which I knew was too high and the staff didn’t seem to help advocate for us. Ended up going next door to neighboring guesthouse and the manager helped us get someone and told us the going rate was $10usd.

Pros: Stay and rooms at that place is too good. We didn’t expect it will be very neat. Would love to come back and stay at this place very calm and peaceful. We took Trip to Abu simbel is also very nice.

Cons: From Aswan to Luxor by taxi is very disappointed. Coordination with driver to be improved.

Ein sehr angenehmes Haus mit wunderbarer Lage direkt am Nil

Pros: Ein sehr schönes, neues Haus, ein sauberes Zimmer mit bequemen Betten und mit Balkon, wo man wunderbar sitzen und auf den Nil blicken kann. Wir haben sehr gut gegessen und haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der bunte Souk gleich ums Eck ist ein nettes Erlebnis. Mit dem Boot geht es in einer stimmungsvollen Fahrt am Nil in knapp 20 min nach Assuan, die absolut beste Art sich hier fortzubewegen…
