Highly recommended
Pros: 10 🌟This is a fantastic property in the quiet side of Luxor (West bank), easy ride to Valley of the kings by road and to Luxor and Karnak temples by boat. Ahmed, Islam and the rest of the team made us feel at home. They are professional, kind and extremely nice. Breakfast is absolutely fantastic (and I defy anybody to finish it!). We also dined at the hotel one evening and my husband is still talking about it!

Amazing and memorable day
Pros: What an amazing and memorable time we had! Such a beautiful setting, lovely Nubian decor, staff were so kind, friendly and helpful. Thank you to Lemia, Nasser and the whole team. Special thank you to Nasser for the coffee ☕️. We also did a wonderful Nubian tour with Sara.

Truly Authentic Stay by the Nile 🤍
Pros: My stay at this accommodation was truly memorable. The place is unique — designed like a spacious boathouse right on the Nile — and it offers a warm, authentic atmosphere that you don’t often find, especially at this budget. The room was beautifully designed, the bedding very comfortable, and the whole space felt welcoming and thoughtfully arranged. Breakfast was delicious and clearly prepared with care. The staff were incredibly kind and professional. A special thank-you to Mr. Waleed and Mr. Mahmud, whose hospitality and friendly attitude give this place its special charm. They really make you feel at home. I would happily come back again and highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable, authentic, and memorable stay

Peaceful stay and delicious food.
Pros: We stayed for two nights and had a great experience. The room was clean, the food was delicious, and the hosts were very kind and helpful. The location is peaceful, with a beautiful view of the Nile and birds singing in the morning – very relaxing. On the day we visited Abu Simbel, we had to leave early, and the hosts kindly offered to prepare a breakfast box for us to take. We really appreciated that gesture. Highly recommend this place for a calm and authentic stay in the Nubian village!

Amazing
Pros: Very hygienic, friendly and welcoming staff. I love how quiet the atmosphere is. Very relaxing. Also, the view is amazing.
Cons: Isloated village far away distant from downtown. It is worth it, though !

Pros: New property in a very beautiful location on the Nile. The balcony is overlooking the Nile which was magical for atmosphere and observing wildlife. The staff were lovely and accommodating. The WiFi was not working in the rooms so one of the owners installed another box and it was working perfectly throughout the hotel. The hotel decoration is beautiful, many wedding parties attended to take pictures. There is a boat and one of the owners took me out on the Nile a few times. The meals were delicious with huge portions. They arranged transport and tours during my stay at a great price. The local market with souvenirs is within walking distance. One of the owners showed me around the local area.
Cons: A few small things to improve as they are new but not worth mentioning. I don’t think they are used to seeing female solo travellers.

Pros: Le personnel est très chaleureux, accueillant, souriant et à l’écoute. La chambre est propre et offre une vue magnifique sur le Nil. De plus, le balcon dispose d’un jacuzzi, idéal pour admirer la vue. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et copieux, et le personnel a même pensé à nous le préparer à emporter, car nous sommes partis très tôt à 4h du matin pour Abou Simbel. L’hôtel est très proche du village nubien, ce qui est très pratique pour le visiter. La décoration est magnifique, typiquement nubienne. Vous pouvez même réserver votre sortie à Abou Simbel directement avec eux. Une excellente expérience que je recommande vivement !

Pros: The FOOD was amazing, best Egyptian food I've had in years and I'm Egyptian. The staff was amazing, very helpful, and professional. Adham is a hero 🤙 The atmosphere was just beautiful. Everything during my 4 night stay was very good. Room was clean and spacious, balcony overlooking the nile ❤️ Didn't have to go anywhere because it was too beautiful to leave.
Cons: Nothing. All was perfect ❤️
