Pros: I like the location most. The place is a 10-15 min walking distance from the Luxor temple, the Nile felucca spot as well as the bus and train station. It is equipped with all the necessary items you could expect in a two bedroom apartment. Total of four beds. The kitchen has all the apparatus. Importantly, all these within a budget. The best part is the professionalism and the generosity of the host. He paid attention to all the necessities a guest could expect for. Since, we had an early morning flight, he, out of his generosity, gave us a fruit during the night, so that we could eat something in the morning. This was helpful for my 70 year old father.

Cons: None that I think of related to the property . Just a piece of suggestion. The place may add a small shoe rack so that the guests can keep their outside shoes and keep the place clean

Pros: Beautiful and comfortable apartment. Has everything you may need for a short or long stay with good location and easy to access everywhere. Communication with host is excellent and he is pending of everything until you get there and settled. We loved it and recommend to stay here.

Pros: Great location, owner is very helpful and does his best to make sure you are comfortable and happy.

Cons: A few things are broken in the apartment. The kettle didn't work, the toilet bidet hose was broken as well as the holder for the shower hose. Also the washing machine was working but is difficult to use. Would recommend instructions be given to guests.

Cons: Not a dislike but please be aware that the area of the property is in a local not touristy part of Luxor so it's good to adjust your expectations accordingly

Pros: The apartment is new.. well and comfortable furnisher ..and it's enough for 5-6 people . The owner leave some tea, water and Nescafé.. Dr Abanoub and the guy who gave us the keys is nice and good welcoming.. very recommended
