A delightful stay on the west bank of Luxor.

Pros: Cozy place. Communication is very good, food is very delicious with fair price, and with quite flexible schedules for serving. Quiet but also close to the ferry point to east bank. Recommend for anyone looking for stay on the west side.

Pros: Everything! The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of hot water. The two brothers who run the place are hospitable and sincere — they never try to push any tours. I especially recommend ordering meals from them; the food was abundant and delicious. We enjoyed the wonderful dishes and the beautiful view from the rooftop — great value for money! The only downside was that our stay was too short.

Pros: Mahmoud, the owner, is absolutely fantastic and goes above and beyond to help with anything you need. The rooms are spacious, incredibly clean, and so comfortable. Their delicious breakfast is brought right to your room, which is a wonderful touch. You definitely won't regret staying here—I highly recommend it! A huge bonus is having a washing machine available, which is so convenient for travelers.

Pros: The room is big and clean, i can say it is the most clean room in this trip. You can order the breakfast and dinner, the price is affordable, i love the taste. Papaya and mango is in the yard, but it's still raw in May. The flower is very beautiful.

Pros: Mahmoud is a really nice man. He always gives you many help. The hotel has the public washing machine, and my room has the refrigerator, a living room and a big bedroom. Otherwise the yard is so beautiful, there are so much flowers and fruit tree inside.

This feels more like a home - because it is!!!
Pros: The host, Mahmoud, was outstanding. Always available to help and to ensure everything was fine. It is clear that Mahmoud and his brother Mohammed take great pride in their house and on treating guests as guests. The garden is lovely, the place is very clean, the room was spacious (bedroom and living area).
Cons: There's nothing I didn't like. The place could be a little difficult to find is one possible downside, but that is outweighed by the fact that it is on the West Bank and therefore is significantly less 'touristy' than in Luxor city centre.

Pros: I loved Tasneem Palace! Tucked away in a quiet village on the West Bank, it’s just a short walk to the ferry and main road, so you get peace and easy access to everything. The guesthouse itself is gorgeous—think Nubian charm meets cozy castle, with colorful details, a domed roof, and a little garden that feels like an oasis. You can tell the owners (Muhammad and his brother Mahmoud) put so much love into this place. I stayed in one of the apartments, and it was spotless—perfect for families or a group of friends. The brothers were super helpful, and sorted out a hot-air balloon ride for me (a must-do in Luxor!). Breakfast is extra fee, but trust me, order it—fresh melon juice, fluffy omelets, and bread with variety vegetable after an early balloon flight? Yes, please. If you want a stay that’s relaxing, full of character, and run by genuinely kind people, book here. One of my favorite finds in Egypt!
