Pros: The apartment was immaculately clean and with a good smell, we‘ve always been happy to enter the apartment after a long day of kitesurfing. Kitchen has all utilities needed incl. dishwasher and all necessities. The host was really friendly and helpful - we enjoyed all of his recommendations! It’s only a 5 min uber ride to most kitespots The view out of the bedroom is a direct sea view - stunning

Cons: Absolutely nothing (to be picky - shower could have been a bit warmer but it is very refreshing considering the hot weather outside)

Beautiful flat with sea view in a modern, safe & clean district

Pros: The owner was really very engaged and accommodating. Even before arrival I was contacted warmly and also the pickup from the airport and the transfer to the apartment worked flawlessly. The apartment is a dream! Tastefully and lovingly furnished, very clean, top equipped and a breathtaking view. The private pool of the apartment unit has sea view and is super nice! In a minute you can walk to the beautiful beach (with beach bar) or at the Kiteclub KBC. During the stay, the owner was active with tips on restaurants and always available for us. The stay was wonderful and on the next vacation in El Gouna we will book the apartment again. Thank you for everything!

Pros: The host was extremely friendly, helpful, and very responsive. Check-in/check-out and payment arrangements were handled flexibly, which we really appreciated. The location is good: the apartment is in the Mangroovy residence, which is modern, clean, directly by the beach, and has beautiful communal pools. El Gouna’s centre is also easy to reach — about 15 minutes on foot or a short tuk-tuk ride. The flat itself is clean and perfectly equipped; from cookware to home appliances, everything is provided (dishwasher, washing machine, TVs, AC in every room, etc.). The balcony has a sea view.

Cons: There is a lot of construction around the area. Toward the beach, several buildings are still under construction, and some parts of the Mangroovy residence appear unfinished or abandoned, which affects the view and makes the surroundings feel less cozy. It also limits where you can walk within the residence. We also had issues with ants — leaving any open food (like cookies or cereals) attracted many ants from different spots in the flat. I guess this might be due to local conditions and construction quality, but some insect repellent or preventive treatment could help.

Pros: I stayed at Mangroovy Residence for 3 nights during Eid vacation and had a fantastic experience. The apartment was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had a great balcony with a lovely view. It had everything you’d need, even small touches like a hair dryer and other hotel-like amenities. The location is great, just a short walk from the Marina, with a coffee shop and supermarket nearby. Everything worked perfectly during my stay, and the host was super friendly, helpful, and responsive. What stood out most was how smooth and comfortable the whole experience was. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone staying in Gouna.

Pros: The place is tidy and super clean , everything is in place , and not a single tiny item is missing.

The perfect staycation

Pros: The property of Alisher is beautiful, peaceful and overlooks Mangroovy beach. It’s sunny and has a remarkable taste. We’ve gotten access to the beach too. Alisher, the host is an awesome human being very accommodating and very hospitable.

Cons: Absolutely nothing it was wonderful.
