Well-deserved 10/10 after improvements

Pros: As written in the review from 2023: We would come again! We did: Nov 2024 with six adults The owners and managers were very friendly and contacted us before we arrived. They took our last review seriously and really rectified any shortcomings. Many thanks for that. There is now actually a dishwasher, a toaster, WIFI repeater in every room, a huge parasol on the terrace and enough glasses and cups. The air conditioning has also been serviced. The patio door was repaired and was easy to use again. The apartment was also made prettier with a few real plants. The large wedding location on the beach was torn down. This made it less noisy at night. We had an awesome time!!! Thank you!!!

Cons: Unfortunately, the dishwasher was not new. Somehow the mechanism for the dishwasher tab was defective. We then simply added the tab directly to the dishes. In addition, there was always a pump error that caused the dishwashing process to stop. We cleared the blockage and then the dishwasher ran again. Unfortunately, other guests had probably fed a street cat in the past. It came to the front door or patio door every day and meowed very loudly. It also got its claws into the fly screen. You always had to shoo her away so that she didn't destroy the fly screen. Otherwise there was really nothing to complain about this time and therefore fully deserved 10/10. We had a great time and will of course be back.

good for self-catering kite trip

Pros: Modern and cozy apartment, huge pool, close to the sea, supermarket around the corner, super support from the host, very large amount of free water, large fridge, washing machine, digital door lock, large closets, comfortable beds, enough pots and pans, kite school 5mins by foot we had a great time - we were 6 adults without kids Nov'23

Cons: no toaster, no dishwasher although it is in the equipment list, air conditioning always had to run otherwise it smelled musty, both sides of pool patio door so stiff that you could almost not open them, dishes and cups just enough, one shower drain clogged, no bedside lamps, no wifi in the bedroom, no sun protection on the terrace, no bright light on the terrace, lots of flies and mosquitoes, it is forbidden to put the clothes horse in the sun in your own garden, loud bass noise from the beach restaurant from noon every day, very loud music several times at night due to nearby wedding locations, difficult for tuxis to find, big construction works all around but overall everything was bearable - we had a great time and would come back again

Excellent and I would repeat it again.

Pros: It was very well furnished and everything I would think of, was there. The view on the pool is so good and the access was more than easy to the pool and beach. The cleanliness was superb. The bedrooms were like suites, 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and all have good views.

Cons: We had an issue with opening the door by the key at the beginning but the staff was helpful and repaired it quickly.

wir kommen gern im nächsten Jahr wieder, das sagt hoffentlich alles

Pros: Die Lage zu den Kite Zentren ist hervorragend und die Ferienwohnung ist wunderbar geschnitten und groß genug um mit 5 Personen einen entspannten Urlaub zu haben.

Cons: leider war der Pool nicht beheizt und zum Schwimmen im Februar nicht geeignet.
