Aldau Heights lovely studio

Great apartment and facilities, but main gate security needs improvement

Pros: A lovely stay overall, with a clean and well-equipped studio, a great pool, and a relaxing atmosphere. The room was spotless and had everything I needed. Everything was in perfect working order, and the bed was very comfortable. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated the 24/7 security presence. I especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony at night—it was peaceful and calming.

Cons: The only downside was the attitude of the security guards at the main gate. They were neither friendly nor helpful, which slightly affected the overall experience. They could really benefit from better training or should be replaced.

Excellent simple accomodation at a great location.

Pros: Excellent location, lovely appartment, exceptional host, fast wifi, great simple accomodation, clean, very clear instructions how to get there and access the appartment (self check in at any time). I can recommend this place to everyone. There is lift, access with car to reception, the security staff is kind. There are breakfast places very near. Comfy beds. I didnt try the air conditioning but its there. I had a great stay. Thanks Mohammed.

Cons: You need to bring your own towels and toiletries. The kitchen is not equipped very well either, just the essentials.

Pros: I absolutely love living in this apartment! The location is fantastic, with convenient access to shops and public transportation. The apartment itself is well-maintained and modern, with spacious rooms and great natural light. Mohamed is very friendly and kind, also helpful. He made the overall living experience here truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming home.

Pros: Location very central. Walking distance to a good selection of shops and restaurants. Fresh, clean, new build apartment. Very attentive host ready to help at any moment.

Cons: Difficult to find the access to the apartment. Make sure to use an Uber if travelling from the airport (NOT the airport taxis). Shower would occasionally go cold then too hot but not a big issue.

Pros: My stay at Mr. Mohamed's accommodation was very nice, right in the middle of everything. He was super helpful whenever I needed something. The room was very clean and comfy. I'd totally go back there!

Sure we will be back again to the same place . It was a perfect choice

Pros: Our host Mr.Mohamed was very welcoming and friendly, he did everything to assure we‘re enjoying our time at his place . The studio is all equipped, all new and clean . The pool was nice and clean. We were allowed to the parking (owner’s) which was a nice gesture and helped during the hot days.

Cons: Nothing . we‘ve enjoyed our stay

Fijne veilige, verzorgde en centrale locatie

Pros: Een prima apartement voor kort verblijf, Alles netjes, schoon, bij vragen en of problemen wordt er meteen gereageerd en/of gerepareerd. Een prima locatie, een veilig gevoel door security in en rondom het apartement. Lift aanwezig en een rustig en schoon zwembad, met ligbedden, sinds deze week ook voorzien van kussens, dat was een verademing

Pros: Хозяин взял залог меньше и всё вернул как договаривались, всегда на связи 👍🏻

Cons: Идёт ремонт в квартирах и днём находиться в апартаментах из за звуков сверления очень сложно . И этого места нет ещё на карте, но мечеть находится рядом и это был ориентир для такси

Pros: Muy cómodo, puedes lavar y cocinar. El propietario muy amable!

Cons: Me costó un poco regular para que me saliera agua caliente en la ducha

Hôte très bienveillant et disponible. Superbe piscine.

Pros: Notre hôte a été d’une bienveillance exceptionnelle. Mohamed est une personne très avenante et qui sait se rendre disponible pour ses invités. L’appartement est parfaitement situé, proche du centre donc facile d’accès malgré l’entrée de la rue inachevée pour le moment.
