Brand New Waterfront Sabina Ground Floor Home

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, quiet & cozy. Our host was amazing.

Pros: -The interior design, the landscapes & outdoor lights at night -It has an amazing view, with a direct access to the pool and the lagoon (one of the best👌) -The air conditioning units are perfect -The electricity, the water system, the WIFI,... All were perfect too -All indoor areas were clean -It has a parking slot in front of the unit -The refrigerator, the microwave, the cooker,... All electrical equipments are perfect for doing whatever you want

Cons: -light features in rooms are offering dimmed light -There was a wall gecko on ceiling, but it didn't harm and the next day it was gone -cooking utensils need to be upgraded and bathrooms got no soaps -There were no seats by the sea -every bed has only one pillow & there was no extra blanket -The 2nd room wardrobe was locked, so there were no place to hang your cloth on -There was a problem with ElGouna's app. gate access system, so there were no Qr codes

Pros: The place is beyond amazing 🤩 The ground floor apartment is very clean, with full brand new equipment and supplies. Hassle free check in. All the furniture was simple, easy to use and clean. The pool and lagoon view were amazing. The place was quiet and relaxing and suitable for families as well. And near all gouna centre points. THE OWNER was very welcoming, caring with a professional following up with every tiny detail. Perfect choice 👌 will Never regret, and highly recommend. Absolutely will come back again ☺️

Extremely value for money

Pros: Everything ... Location, view on the lagoon and pool, big 2 master bedrooms with toilets in addition to 3rd bathroom for guest. Perfect for family of 4-6.

Excellent accommodation

Pros: Perfectly located next to the marina & downtown, with beautiful views of the lagoon and pool. The place is spotless, and Bassem, the owner, goes out of his way to make sure everything is smooth and comfortable. Without a doubt, I’d book again for my next stay.

Een heerlijke vakantie in een heel fijn apartement op een mooie locatie!

Pros: duidelijke communicatie met host, zeer behulpzaam. Tijdens verblijjf wat kleine issues die snel opgelost werden of waarover goed gecommuniceerd werd. Heel fijn apartement op prima locatie en zoals beschreven met zwembad voor de deur en lagune waar je zo in loopt. Voor herhaling vatbaar. Overigens is het fijn om eigen vervoer te hebben, maar je kunt ook een Tuktuk bellen en je voor EGP 50 per 3 personen per rit laten vervoeren.

Cons: Er wordt nog veel gebouwd aan de overkant van het apartement, qua geluidsoverlast viel dat me reuze mee, maar het is wel stoffig

Pros: The place was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The hosts were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

Cons: There’s some construction in front, but it didn’t bother my stay.

Pros: The place is super clean, accessible and very easy to check-in. The host is very friendly and responsive.

Pros: Magnifique vue sur la lagune. Endroit calme parfait pour des vacances en toute tranquillité. On se sent à l'aise dans cet appartement. Tous les équipements nécessaires. Proche de downtown. Merci au propriétaire qui répond à toutes nos demandes très rapidement. Un grand sens de l'hospitalité.

Cons: Vacances malheureusement trop courtes dans ce superbe endroit
