Pros: Great value for money. Luxor Villa Hatshepsut truly captures the soul of the beautiful Egyptian countryside. The place feels peaceful, authentic, and full of local charm, offering a refreshing escape from the busy city life. Staying here gives you a genuine rural Egyptian experience, surrounded by simplicity, warmth, and tranquility. A lovely place to relax and enjoy the true spirit of Luxor.

Pros: The staff are honest and friendly. Mohamed helped us plan our stay organising drivers and guides at reasonable prices. Nothing was too much trouble. Being at Villa Hatshepsut is a glimpse into real Egyptian life as the food is home cooked from organic produce and it is set in a vibrant village..

Pros: The house is a very cozy villa with a beautiful garden where you can eat breakfast and lunch. For the money we paid, to get such a clean and comfortable room with its own bathroom, its really good value for money. After Cairo, it also felt good to be in a much calmer village area, even tho it was quite isolated, it was nice to see this side of Egypt and never felt unsafe while walking around the village. Abdu, who is around the place is very attentive and always answered to any request very fast. Every evening we could eat amazing home made dinner at the villa for a very reasonable price.

Cons: They offer a lot of services, such as excursions, transport and so on. But it would be better for them and everyone to list immediately the prices as well so the guests can decide on their own space, knowing all the relevant information, wether they want to do it or not. This would also avoid some awkward interactions. And expect very overpriced costs if you want to arrange transportation through them, because they know its difficult for taxis to acces this area.

One of the best places ever

Pros: Regarding the hotel, everything was excellent. It is very nice with a beautiful garden and a peaceful atmosphere. Our room was spotless, comfortable. The food and breakfast were delicious. Everyone was extremely attentive and made us feel very well taken care of. We also had the monuments tour organized by them and very satisfied, especially with Ibrahim, who was great. I would like to make a special mention of Mohammed, the owner of the hotel. Mohammed not only helped us during our stay but also supported us in Cairo and Aswan. He was incredibly helpful with everything we needed. I truly appreciate him, as I honestly don’t know how I would have managed without his help. He and his family are very warm, kind, and welcoming. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this place.

Pros: The staff are very friendly and helpful. They help you arrange different activities and transportation. The breakfast, which is included, was delicious, and you can also have lunch there which is also very good and at a reasonable price.

Pros: This place is run by Muhammed, family man. He is kind to his staff and they hustle.for him pretty good. Muhammed helped arenage for our trips around luxor. This is not a fancy place however has a home like environment. If you do not feel like going anywhere you can just hang in the courtyard. We eat in as the food is home cooked.

Pros: The employees were very interested. It was very close to historical places.

Pros: Food was delicious. Muhammad’s wife cooked breakfast and dinner. It is the best Egyptian food I have ever tasted. Great price aswell.

Cons: Not enough natural light in the room.
