Hurghada Concierge at Turtles Beach Resort

Good value for money. Nice private beach. But the sea is a bit shallow.

Pros: The staff was very kind and responsive. Particuarly Meriam. Thank you!

Cons: There was a noisy summer hit kind of music that played on repeat, with some cringe fest kitchy party entertainers on the beach all day.

Pros: Very spacious, spotless, and located right by the beach an amazing place for a family holiday. The environment was peaceful, the rooms were well maintained, and the beach was only a short walk away. It had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay with plenty of activities for the whole family.

Cons: There were additional utility charges that were not mentioned before the booking. I believe these costs should either be included in the booking price or clearly stated before payment is made.

Pros: Beautiful setting right on the beach, shops only 8 min away, close to airport.

Cons: Kitchen mixer spout broken, still usable, just to let them know before next guests arrive, it was not a problem.

Pros: We loved how clean and fresh the room was. The pool is beautiful, perfect temperature and very clean. The private beach is not even a 30 second walk away from our rooms and is big with loads of sun loungers. Also the Concierge service was very good! We needed to exchange dollars to EGP and the staff were very friendly and came to our rooms personally to help us exchange. Always asking if there's anything else they can do. We were very happy with the service.

Pros: The flat was really nice , comfortable beds, nice view, 2 pools, a very nice beach. Air conditioner was fine and the facilities, too. The owner was very nice person and helpful with anything .

Cons: Just bed linen and towels were used , however clean , could be replaced . Outside there is a building area , unpleasant entrance , but not noise or dust from it .

Pros: Pros: - Location is good if you have a car, approximately 30 minutes to the down town and grand aquarium and aqua park and 40 min away from the dolphin world. - The host is so friendly and very helpful. - The swimming pool is nice and the beach is nice (Stoney beach not sandy).

Cons: Cons: I hope you put some devices to resist the mosquitos.
