Pros: Super spacious clean apartement. Everything you need apart from Internet.Any little problem I had fixed within one hour.

IF you looking for a quite and beatiful relaxing location this place will make you happy.
Pros: The room was very good. Quite, clean and large enough and have almost everything in a room that you will need.
Cons: The entrance of the place was difficult to find and we found an entrance which was a construction area. They are expanding the facility so it causes some inconviences. Only the problem with the room was with the A/C wasn't working. Due to visiting in winter season it wasn't a big problem but could be a big problem in hot season.

Engy Atef was a really good host, very helpful
Pros: The location and space within the property was brilliant
Cons: As a suggestion, maybe a bottle of water and some tea and coffee sachets.

Pros: It is very clean in the flat and on the the beach. Nice and quiete place! Good to take a walk also to the area outside with good shops for groshary and restaurants. The staff is very helpful.
Cons: I was not happy with the location of the flat coz it is opposite to next building with very little sea view and sun. Sometimes quite windy but never too hot to sit there. Likely it was quiete people around, peaceful.

All in all a really good stay but just be away of some of the cons, could be a deal breaker for some.
Pros: The property was exactly as the picture shows. TV, Washing machine, cooker, oven, microwave, fridge freezer available. Hot water coming out of shower and sink easily. There’s a smaller tap in the kitchen sink which provides fresh drinking water. Swimming pool x2 available although quite deep, I’m 5ft and can barely reach the bottom with my tip toes. Beach right up the front and fairly shallow, sun loungers available with umbrellas. Restaurant on site served basic foods (burger pasta pizza etc) and drinks including alcoholic beverages. Staff attended to needs and great at communicating. Small corner shop few doors down the road on the right. Main strip of shops including atm, pharmacy and food places not too far away. All in all a good accommodation choice.
Cons: Firstly the front of the property looks really run down, rubble and construction going in, if we didn’t arrange airport pick up from the hotel we probably would have never found it as the signage out front is all faded and did not even look open. Prices for things is different to the “memo” provided inside the hotel” for examples it was 12€ but in the memo the price was 200LE (3-4€) And uber to the airport was 250LE for an uber comfort, 180LE for normal uber. WiFi was available at a cost, would’ve rather had WiFi included in the price and just increased the price of the booking. Sun loungers and umbrellas were available, even off peak season it was very busy so make sure you go early to reserve the sun loungers, many people came to reserve in the morning and we observed them being away for most of the day and coming back whenever they felt like it. Location was a bit far out from attractions so we had to catch uber to go everywhere which was easy and cheap enough thankfully. No fault of the hotel but the beach was very rocky so would’ve benefitted knowing this in advance to bring sea shoes. Also a lot of smoker smoking everywhere, would’ve been nice to have some designated areas for non smokers, we would always settle and have to move when people started smoking because it would trigger my partners asthma.
