Best hotel in Hurghada

Pros: It was peaceful and comfortable to stay in this hotel. I loved how they had 4 swimming pools, the sea next to the hotel, and the staff were so friendly. The rooms were spotless. The breakfast was okay.

Cons: First, the hotel doesn't provide you with a wifi; you are told the wifi only works in the lobby, and then as days pass, you are given wifi that works everywhere in the hotel. I didn't like that, as nowadays you can't carry on without wifi, as everything is online, which made it difficult to book activities to do in Hurghada. There are no restaurants or takeaways near the hotel you have to walk 40 minutes to 50 minutes to find a few shops. You have a small shop in the hotel, and you can buy lunch or dinner from the hotel-Arena, or go all-inclusive on food.

Pros: Everything to do with the property was great. Staff were helpful and was very clean and tidy.

Cons: This property is quite far from Hurghada it takes 30/40 mins to get there but that was my planning.

Pros: Wonderful hotel!!! We had a wonderful time in this hotel!! Comfortable good apartments with two bedrooms and a kitchen. The territory is well-kept, clean, guarded 24 hours a day. Wonderful staff!!! On the territory of the hotel there is a wonderful restaurant, a small shop. The hotel has its own beach. The location is good!! Nearby there is a stable Sanny Horse Stable where I spent an unforgettable time with horses. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back.

Pros: The rooms, including the beds, furniture, and AC, were very comfortable to me, and I would recommend it highly. The staff members are friendly and helpful, there is enough space for parking a car, and the location of the residence is near public pools and the beach. However, the whole resort is a bit far from downtown which it takes 30min to get their by car.

Cons: The house was clean when we arrived, but housekeeping did not come during our three-night stay, as well as the absence of WiFi, which should be a basic service, and the pool was not cleaned on a daily basis. This surprised me because the price should reflect the quality and services provided.

Pros: The facilities, acomodation clean and tidy, I love the apartment

Pros: Polite staff, good prices, good value apartments. Choice of places to eat very, great location

Pros: It's a great resort comprising of only apartments and villas (not just hotel room), not over crowded, we were always helped very quickly whenever we needed it, possibly areas are best and clean, stuff in restaurant is very accommodating. Apartament is very spacious and well equipped and view was amazing.

Cons: There wasn't really anything we could complain about! I would like to see how it looked like once the whole complex is complete as now sooner parr od it is still in development.

Absolutely fabulous!! can't wait for our next trip.

Cons: When we got to the apartment, the reception was closed and we have a hard time to call someone to be able to collect the keys to our apartment. Also, breakfast started at 09.00 and we were diving earlier in the morning so we couldn´t enjoy the breakfast in the morning
