Beautiful apartment close to the Nile and Aswan local life

Pros: It was a brand new apartment though not the one we actually booked. The host did give options to either choose this or the original one and this was good enough. The location was little off the main road viewing the Nile but yet very happening amidst the markets, close to the Nile and easily accessible.

Cons: Only the stairs to the apartment was very unclean but manageable given the location of the apartment which was new and very beautiful

Very good value for money for a quick trip to Aswan

Pros: Perfectly located, nice view from the balcony, ac working perfectly, comfortable bed, towel provided.

Cons: The wall between the corniche street and the bed is very thin, so you need to have ear plugs to sleep decently. Also the shower head was a bit damaged.

Fantastic, a great place to stay, ideal for up to 3 adults. Cheap

Pros: Fantastic location in the heart of Aswan overlooking the Nile & cruise ships & never a dull moment between the local market. Excellent WiFi ,SATALITE TV, WETROOM, Air con & friendly helpful locals & owner with easy transport connections to anywhere.

Cons: No lift as 4 floors up but easy wide steps ( I am 75 yrs. old no problem) No washing machine ( but Owner will shortly install this) no hot tub Noice at weekends from street ( owner is going to rectify this with additional soundproofing)

Comfortable and amazing views

Pros: That it had the most gorgeous front facing view of the river Nile

Cons: No elevator in the building

Great location and wonderful view

Pros: Great location and Nile view. Close to city centre and easy access to all directions.

Cons: Very minor tap leaks in bathroom. However it was not an issue at all.

The best view of the Nile for an excellent price

Pros: The location was perfect (close to the ferry to Elephant Island, the downtown and local market). The host greeted us with his perfect English, the check in and WhatsApp communication were uncomplicated. The room was cozy, well furnished and clean. The water was hot and the shower pressure was high, which is not granted in Egypt. We had also a kettle and glasses in the room. We got a good quality for a fair price.

Cons: Be aware of booking tours from the host - we booked a tour to Abu Simbel (after a long negotiation of the price) and we found out later from other tourist, that we could have got the same tour for the half of the price. Otherwise it is perfect to let him to arrange a tour if you are in rush and don’t have time to search for a cheaper option (it was our case).

Very comfy and amazing location!

Pros: It was clean, responsive and friendly host, amazing location!

Cons: Little downside is the noise from the street during the night, so better bring some oropax or so for your ears. I am sure though most visitors (like me) will be tired enough from the trip to be able to sleep through the night

Helpful stuff

Pros: Very clean, nice view and super kind owner.. He reminds us immediately after booking that the Apartment is in 4 floor without elevator which we really appreciate . They helped us also to organize our trip for the next day

Perfection

Pros: Mr. Mohamed is a gentleman and knows how to treat his guests. The view is extremely unique. Everything was just perfect. I recommend it for everyone cause you won't get a view like this at any other place.

Great location

Pros: I f you want a fabulous view of the Nile, this is your place. I can't say enough about the graciousness of my host. I had a post midnight check in after my plane was delayed. He kindly waited and also carried my heavy bag up the stairs. I also left something behind when I left, and he went well beyond all expectations to arrange it's delivery into Cairo. He has been the kindest and most helpful person I have met in my 3 weeks in Egypt.
