Reasonable and peaceful place to stay

Pros: 1) The host is friendly and supportive. I could communicate with them smoothly. 2) I can relax in the quiet, peaceful circumstance with birds chirping. 3) The breakfast is healthy and nicely served.

Cons: 1) The coil in the matras hit my back (in the cheapest room) , which was fine when I laid on the blancket. 2) It could be convenient if there is a mirror in the room.

Authentic and pure

Pros: We felt at home. True kindness and hospitality of the authentic Nubi culture. We made new friends and became as one family for the two days we were there.

Cons: Would have liked to stay longer to spend more time with Faisal and his family.

Pros: Great homemade food: I had delicious breakfasts and dinner. This is a family house and well connected within the island itself and beyond. The house itself is simple with lovely Nubian art work. The bedroom, kitchen and bathroom work well. The host is very keen to show you the island and beyond and is very knowledgeable. You need to negotiate the price. All in all great value and authentic Nubian living.

Wonderful

Pros: It was a very comfortable stay. Yousra and the family made sure everything was alright and provided. Clean home and a functional kitchen where I cooked. They accompanied me to a shop nearby for me to buy groceries. She was thoughtful to pack me breakfast at midnight when I left for Abu Simbel Temple. The house is on the Elephantine island away from the noise of the main city. It was a wonderful time.

Pros: Room on the 2nd floor of a Nubian house, which gives you the opportunity to feel some local vibes. You can use the guest kitchen. Downstairs lives a kind family, who are your hosts and can make you breakfast, lunch and diner. Perfectly located in the quiet center of Elephantine. They arranged a taxi from the airport for 500 EGP. I prolonged my stay because i liked it so well, and will definitely revisit

Pros: La familia anfitriona se lleva todos los laureles: son muy amables y atentos en todo momento. Durante los días que estuve, tenía que salir temprano y siempre me preparaban una vianda de desayuno para llevar. La primera noche pregunté si tenían algo para cenar y me prepararon comida típica, muy rica. La tercera noche me invitaron a cenar sin que yo se los pidiera. Hice la visita a Abu Simbel por mi cuenta y dejé todo mi equipaje una noche en la casa sin ningún problema.

Pros: La struttura si trova sull'isola Elefantina, perciò per sposarvi all'altra sponda bisogna prendere la barca che costa 10 sterlina egiziana, praticamente nulla. La struttura si trova in un contesto molto tranquillo ed ideale per chi cerca un'esperienza di soggiorno locale. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e flessibile nel cambiare stanza o a farci trovare la colazione la sera dato che la mattina sarei partita presto per un tour.

Pros: Las habitaciones son amplias y está en un lugar tranquilo. Salía temprano por la mañana y me dieron el desayuno para llevar El baño es bastante amplio

Cons: No está bien señalizado por lo que es difícil de encontrar Los colchones necesitan renovarse

Pros: Faisal est un super hôte, très serviable et qui vous fait partager sa culture et visiter son île avec plaisir
