Pros: The accommodation is on the second floor of a quiet residential area, with a grocery store right next door. It’s conveniently located not too far from the Nile River and the main parts of the city. The room was very clean and well-equipped, with a washing machine, kitchen, sofa, and balcony. The house owner was very helpful and always reachable, which made the stay even more comfortable. Overall, it’s excellent value for money.

Cons: No elevator. Only one toilet/shower, and there’s no threshold between the shower and the rest of the bathroom, so you need to be careful not to let water flow into the living room while showering. Only body wash is provided, no shampoo.

Great value - very clean! Location might seem sketchy at first to foreigners, but no need to worry!!

Pros: Very clean apartment in great central location … don’t let the outside of the building scare you, once your in the apartment it’s exactly as in the photos! Amazing value for money!!!

Cons: Address shown through booking app wasn’t accurate and we lost quite a bit of time trying to find the correct location.

Pros: Everything. The host is very helpful. But we still had a great stay. The host Hedra is the best host( at least very honest, never asking extra tips)I met during my 15 days Egypt journey.

Cons: Frankly speaking everything is good. The facility is well equipped, only one little issues is the toilet, there’s no threshold at the bathroom door, water flows out easily.

Pros: 订房含接机且房间干净整洁，位置离河边也不远，我们入住了5个人，老板服务也不错，飞机晚点，一直等我们到晚上23点才办理了入住。阿斯旺出行住宿推荐！

Cons: 卫生间的折叠门，里面缺少把手不太好开

Pros: 老板响应速度很快，衣食住行有什么问题都能及时回复信息。我的脚歪伤了，问老板有什么药膏可以买，推荐了民宿附近的日用品杂货店买到了药膏缓解了疼痛。而且看之前的评论，不好的地方老板都有在极力改进，4个人朋友出行推荐这里，私人空间会很自由。在火车站隔壁走路几分钟很方便，行李多老板还开车来接我们。附近走路10分钟abeer restaurant烤肉很不错！

Cons: 和其他人评论的一样，附近鬼火少年飙摩托，楼下烧烤摊会比较吵。民宿的玻璃能隔掉大部分声音，响睡眠好还是要带耳塞的。

Pros: WiFi訊號超強（目前住過最好的），冷氣很冷、熱水很熱～設備齊全～又有洗衣機，我們共四人，每人睡一張雙人床很舒服👍

Pros: L’établissement correspond parfaitement aux photos. Le propriétaire a été très arrangeant : en raison d’un imprévu, nous sommes arrivés bien plus tôt que prévu, mais il a tout de même pris le temps de nous remettre les clés rapidement. Il a été très gentil et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos demandes. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. De plus, il y a quelques petits commerces à proximité, ce qui est très pratique en cas de besoin.

Cons: Il y avait un peu de bruit dans le quartier à certains moments, mais rien de trop dérangeant : cela ne nous a pas empêchés, ni nos enfants ni nous, de bien dormir.
