Modern, well-equipped, safe and central location

Pros: Communication with the host was excellent and he clearly cares about guest comfort. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities and appliances you could need. It is located walking distance from the train station and bazaar, with plenty of shopping/eating choices.

Pros: It's very nice and cozy apartment near Aswan railway station. Clean bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. Owner and his brother nice and helpful persons. They're speaking very good English. This apartment has everything what you need. Washing machine, microwave, espresso machine, hairdryer, iron and very big curve tv (including Netflix, Youtube etc.) Sheets and towels are clean.

Safe and Lovely, One of the Best in Aswan

Pros: Place is brand new, has a modern interior design and secure smart door system in order to make the entrance easier and safe. Flat had everything we need, had the opportunity to wash our clothes there after 5 long days in Egypt. Area is also safe as it is close to municipal building even though it gets busy after evening time. Parking spots are usually available nearby the building. Owner and his brother were caring, friendly and helpful at all. It was easy to get in contact and keep in touch whenever needed. We enjoyed their host.

Cons: Bathroom needs a renovation, however it was okay and clean.

A central fully equipped apartment with a modern design

Pros: This was the best equipped apartment you can find in upper Egypt. In fact the only tell in terms of the setup, if you just wake up one day there without knowing where you are, that it’s in Aswan, is that the shower doesn’t have a basin. (Which is the case everywhere in Aswan) It has everything you might need, including a coffee machine, microwave, TV, washing machine, fridge, stove with oven, and even a dining table. Also the host was very helpful and tried his best to help us.

Cons: The only issue we find in the apartment is that there was a leak in the bathroom, and it produced a smell that reached the rest of the apartment. We believe this is not a small issue, but we also believe that it can and will be fixed, and that it was a sudden issue that the host didn’t have time to fix, especially with all the preparations he made to make the apartment a comfortable place to stay.
