Pros: This place is huge! So much space to use, air con in each room and very comfortable. The pool was very appreciated on the hot 40 deg Luxor days.

Cons: Some run ins with aggressive taxi and Uber drivers.

Great villa in Luxor

Pros: We have the best of the experiences, the attention was very familiar and Mohammed helped us on anything we needed, we felt like home. The house was impecable, good location, amazing views, plenty of space. He also helped us to organize the tours, activities and transport, putting us in contact with very experienced guides. We will definetely come back. Thank you :)

Pros: The host Mohammed is brilliant as he helped us arrange our trip and is a friend for life. He helped with all arrangements for our parents 50th anniversary and made sure we were comfortable. The guy has a big heart.

Cons: The property needs some investment in upkeep.

Pros: The villa has a great location. museums pharmacies, groceries are nearby. The villa has a beautiful and comfortable patio, we spent a lot of time outside. Bedrooms were silent and comfortable, and also there was a spacious and very comfortable living room, which was perfect for our group of 9 people. We would like to express our gratitude to the host for his help during our stay in Luxor and for the early check-in.

Pros: Oh, it was a wonderful time we spent at Muhammad's house. It is an ideal place for a large group, with many bedrooms, bathrooms, a cozy courtyard, and a large kitchen. I really liked the vintage-style furniture made of solid wood, which is something you rarely find these days, and the vaulted ceilings were simply delightful. I would also like to add that the host was very hospitable; Muhammad organized a wonderful Nile River trip for us. Our stay at this place left us with the most beautiful impressions.

Beautiful place and Mohammad was amazing host!

Pros: Muhammad was magnificent host! He is very trustworthy and he arranged everything for us and helped us in every corner. Strong recommandation for him and his place. Cant thank him enough! Also the place is better than pictures!

Best place in Luxor

Pros: The house is truly huge and beautiful. It easilly fits 10 persons (we were with 4). Mohamed the owner is a very kind person who can help you with everything you need. Tip 1: arrange your Luxor tours via Mohamed, this is cheaper than Viator or Get Your Guide + you get very good English speaking driver and guide. If you want, you can also pay in euro. Tip 2: there are some restaurants in the neighbourhood which are not expensive ( € 5 pizza) Tip 3: One of the best temples in Luxor is just on the corner: Medinet Habou.

Cons: We had some small issues with some latches of the first floor doors. But this will be repaired! Note: there is a mosque 🕌 in the street, so you will hear some prayings a few times a day. But this is not a big problem I think.

Pros: The villa is huge, marvelous and our host was welcoming and quite helpful with the organization of our daily activities

Cons: If I had to find a flaw, I'd say the pool was a bit too cold

Magical villa in great location!

Pros: Loved the villa. So beautiful and the views and pool were outstanding. Loved the easy access to cafes and markets. Owner super friendly, helpful and responsive. Look forward to staying again.

Pros: The location was very close to the temples, the host was very nice and he helped us to book some extra activities. He reccomended us a driver who took us to visit the most important attractions in the area.
