Functionality of the location

Pros: Very conveniently located close to the airport. Friendly, kind and professional staff.

Cons: The bed and the furniture had very strong cigarette odour albeit being spotlessly clean.

Pros: Apartment was nice and Spacious . Osman and Ahmed from house keeping were absolutely phenomenal ! They were very helpful and the most friendly people you will come across

Cons: Wifi wasn't great from the room

Overall a decent stay in a nice location

Pros: - Very close to the airport and close to the city center as well - Restaurant on Ground floor is open till midnight, handy for late arrivals like ours - Hotel staff were polite and helpful - Room is very spacious with kitchen and big bathroom - They gave 3 water bottles every day, which was very nice. - Breakfast is limited but okay for the price

Cons: - The floor was not mopped and some fine dust is visible and we couldn’t walk without slippers - The windows were not isolated, we got a room facing the main road so, there was a lot of traffic noise - Internet access codes are given per day with 2 GB limit for two devices.

Pros: The staff was really friendly and helpful, they did an excellent job.

Pros: Hello . One of the best hotels you can find in terms of price, especially a big thank you to the manager, Mr. Ahmed, for his help. Daily room cleaning, breakfast and meals were fantastic. Thank you.

Pros: The staff was very helpful and offered great service. (We needed an extra bed in the living room, and this was delivered promptly. Other questions were also tackled quickly.) Another aspect that I personally really liked, is that it is a very nice hotel in a not (!) super fancy nor polished area. For me this contributed to the feeling of travelling, more than a hotel in a very touristy spot would have. I would certainly recommend, but if you prefer a more high-class, westernized area then maybe look in other parts of Hurghada.

Pros: I stayed at the premises many times and it's a lovely place The staff, the facilities, the cleanliness and the food were very good

Cons: The WiFi was down my whole trip and wish to be improved

Pros: Staff are super friendly and helpful, room was clean and neat , good cafe by the pool
