Great hotel, good value for money, great beach, nice big clean rooms and exceptional customer service from Hotel staff.

Pros: The service from Hany was exceptional. He catered to all our needs. Any issues were rectified within minutes. He was very kind and generous and arranged amazing excursions for us at very good prices. Very hospitable and one of the most caring and nicest hotel staff I have ever met. The beach is also very good with clear calm waters and plenty of sun beds. The kids had a great time.

Cons: The swimming pools were too cold for us.

Perfect!

Pros: My stay was perfect!! The staff made my stay very nice. Mister Hanniball is the best person ever. Very respected and helped me with everything that i needed. The room was super comfortable and i highly recommend everybody to stay a night at Lilyland!!

The trip was truly joyful and left us completely satisfied.

Pros: Breakfast is excellent and served in a spacious area. The staff are very helpful, and we were able to check in early and check out late to accommodate our flight schedule.

Cons: Construction materials have been left behind in the hotel and have not been removed.

Pros: Чудова відпустка на морі. У нас був чудовий чистий номер з 2 кімнат. Хороший пляж, чудові басейни, водні горки, багато зелені. Особлива подяка пану Каннібалу, який контролював щоб відпочинок пройшов у чистоті та порядку!!!
